If ESB can declare after the year he had, no reason MB can't. I agree that he would benefit from an extra year, but it would hardly be the weirdest thing that I've ever seen if he declared.

To be fair, ESB had a 60/900+ soph season and verified NFL speed. Big difference in resumes here. CC is a better #3 or #4 WR prospect in the NFL because he's more athletic, an elite blocker at the position and a ST stud. Barring injury, he's the type of guy who'll be in the league, at some capacity, for a long time.
Gotta love last night's performance by CC. Good routes, used his body flawlessly, good hands and after the catch, he instantly goes into yac-mode for an extra 3-5 hard earned yards... so much so that every last one of you starts thinking, don't fumble!
If the last 3 games are the new normal, I don't mind that they missed putting him at Drop. Not one bit.
