You can't be not good and imposing, no one would care.

Everyone cared about this guy (who fits that bill) for an entire week during bowl season, just sayin.....

I'm excited to see it click for him this year. There should be no such thing as 50/50 balls with him. More like 80/20. I really hope he puts it all together.

I mean, Oakman probably gets drafted if he doesn't get arrested for sexual assault two weeks before the draft...

Fixed. Of all the horrible, despicable pieces of human waste that Baylor produced during the Briles era that deserved to be locked up, Oakman wasn't one of them.

Amen to that. A 6'5 230 pound receiver who can run like him and has hands? Yes plz.

Literally use any definition of 'imposing' you want.

List our 'imposing' players.

At this point I was being generous.

Looked like he might have taken a forearm to the head. Looked like a potential concussion.

Looked like it. Good news is we don't play this weekend and might not need him next weekend. Then we have a bye, I believe, so he should be back for Georgia if it's not a really bad one. And hopefully they were just being cautious and with the lead no reason to take any chances.

We do not have another bye after New Mexico... next bye after this coming weekend, is October 19 (my wedding day)

My bad. I was lazy and believed the announcers tonight instead of looking it up. Forget which one said it but one of them said we did a great job scheduling our bye weeks for the week before Georgia and the week before Michigan. I didn't think this weekend counted as a bye since we played on Monday (because it's in the same week as the 9/7 games).

Tyler James of SBT reported that Claypool is fine. He attributed his slow exit to being winded after that long run.

Where would y'all place Claypool among our recent #1 receivers like Boykin, Fuller, Robinson, etc.? I still feel as though he hasn't fully realized his potential

I'd put him right up there with Boykin based on what we've seen so far. Very good, productive, reliable #1 who is occasionally dominant (2017 Wake Forest, 2018 Northwestern).

Fuller is head and shoulders above the rest of the pack among recent players.

ONLY floyd and fuller have trully been a #1 wr for me(under kelly)...boykin and robinson were both clutch w/ some catches, but we didn't feed them the ball like fuller/floyd when we HAD to....we started to w/ Claypool in the 4th but not enough

Stud, only touching the surface. But he needs to catch with his hands more. Still gets to close to his body.

Too early to rate Chase at this point. Miles wouldn't have even been rated 3 games into last year.

Chase has plenty of time to move up that list

I'd put TJ Jones in that group too. He wasn't as buzzworthy as Floyd and Fuller, but his Senior year was right there with those guys.

This is why I get excited when guys are comparing prospects to TJ Jones, that dude was legit. Unfortunately, I think most just forget how good he was.

I bought a #7 jersey TJ's senior year. It was magical - when the Irish went on D, it mysteriously turned into a Tuitt jersey.

The best part of following a team who doesn't use last names on the jersey is that instead of being like that guy with an Alfonso Soriano jersey at a Cubs game, I am now the owner of a Troy Pride jersey.

I remember all the mock drafts in 2013 repeatedly using photos of TJ Jones when they were mocking Tuitt to teams.

Was sporting the third string QB's jersey at the Louisville game. When asked...I'd say it was throwback Jarious Jackson.
