Would you want your NFL team to draft him or Dexter first?
I'm going to be in the minority, but I would take Adams.
I get that he doesn't move well laterally, I do think he has improved his lateral mobility this year though. I get that he runs upright, but so Adrian Peterson, Henry, etc.
Pluses for Adams is his size, patience, blocking and his speed. It's not elite speed, but it's a notch below and his acceleration is pretty good. What has improved the most in his game this year is the ability to break many tackles, arm tackles don't get him down anymore.
Kind of a Laveon Bell type back in regards to his patience and helping his linemen set up blocks.
Agree about his patience, I think that has improved this year also.
