Btw this would be the most secret flip in the history of flipping. No smoke anywhere except II and I am assuming ISD.

not much on ISD yet, still waiting for a bigger update. They were in contact with Mr Poole right after the visit, but he told ISD the family was still talking the visit over.

Where? I don't see it. Maybe Philly's but I think that's more of a comment on the strength of the smoke that is suddenly appearing. If you think we're already celebrating, come back if he actually commits. Because I, for one, will be doing my happy dance.

Guys, I want this to happen more than anything, especially since it seems like he's the last legit shot at a big fish on the board. But please, PLEASE temper your expectations until we hear something concrete. Remember, it wasn't that long ago that we thought for sure we were getting both Armsteads.

has he ever really made it clear when he will pull the trigger for sure? he's played it pretty tight lipped it seems throughout.

No he hasn't been tight lipped, he has been very vocal that he is going to Florida. From our side we get the reports from ISD and II that say it is 50-50 right now that he flips but go try and find something on a Florida site. Nothing. We (ND sites) are putting all our stock on what his dad is saying and the Florida sites are putting all their stock on what Brian is saying.

Would be huge if his parents can actually convince him.

i guess what i meant was since he's still having coaches visit he would have told them no if he's truly committed. idk i thought there would be something more concrete since there seems to be two sides right now...thanks
