could that something be that those schools are his other options and he hasnt signed a loi to ND like yesterday. Not exactly powerhouses keeping him from a school he supposedly enjoyed his visit to. Its not like the ND wr situation is locked down or anything.

The best thing that happened IMO, was OSU and OU being eliminated. If he is this unsure about his visit to Arizona, safe to say, they are out too. I read he feels he would be more of a run blocker in Rich Rod's system then a playmaker.

This is the most likely theory. He has no reason to officially announce right now with the cousin situation. If he has already picked a school he probably told the coaches to save him a spot. And obviously we have spots

If it's not Arizona, then it looks like Arkansas is probably our main competition.

It sounds like Neal was impressed by their sports journalism program at Arkansas. I guess he wants to go into sports broadcasting. But looking at a list of current sports broadcasters that attended ND, it doesn't take long to see that the exposure of ND in many cases is very helpful in getting into sports broadcasting.

Sapp's article said he has not visited Arizona and was going to do so this weekend but he is nominated for a prestigious in-state award and he wants to attend the ceremony this weekend. They are still trying to figure out whether they want to try to work out the visit. Sounds like Arizona is not a major contender.
