I believe it is Patrick Miller, a recruit that was supposed to EE at LSU. He couldn't EE because there wasn't enough room for him, and he enrolled at Auburn last week. People are basically saying Gunner had his spot and if Gunner leaves, he cost them Miller as well.

Doesn't matter this year. The 25 per class is a soft number which can change with EEs, Notre Dame is up against the 85 scholarship limit which can't be adjusted.

Both correct. Our EEs won't affect how many we can take this year, as we're up against the 85 program max (and thank God for that).

Though I'm sure Shepard, Day, Kiel, and Armstead will end up counting as 2011 recruits. There are lots of advantages to back-loading recruiting classes.
