Especially at running back. Just doesnt seem real likely
How many people go from being drafted in the NFL, to the UFL, back to an active roster in the NFL? (Serious question. Maybe it happens, IDK.)
tbh I can’t think of one. I just saw it as an avenue for him if he wanted to keep at it and he didn’t make another team’s PS.

Edit: I looked it up. Lots of OL/K/WR/DEF.

The biggest name I knew at RB was Jashaun Corbin—who I do remember from FSU/A&M. But he was the UFL leading rusher before making his way back to The League.

Guy should have come back for another year and some NIL dough. I don’t know who half the RBs in the pros are now. Price should come back for another year and get some good NIL dough and build his resume for the NFL.

The bold part, certainly. But, not sure building a resume for the NFL even matters. There's so many other factors. If he can make a milli by staying next year, that seems like the play to me.

I think he was one of the guys who knew before the season he was gone. I remember J. Love saying as much during an interview in 2023.

I could see Audric going to the UFL and if he performs well, making it back into the league if he desires. He just needs some better tape and reps at the “pro” level.
I mean UFL players make a minimum of $63k, which is like $6k a week for the regular season alone. Not too shabby for a 22 year old shortly out of college. Hope he does go back and get his degree in the meantime, ride the football wave a bit longer, then be set up afterward.

If Estime wanted to potentially make it in the NFL, I believe that he had virtually no choice but to go pro when he did. He could've stayed for additional NIL dollars and maybe ended his NFL pursuit with more dollars in his pocket. But I think his best opportunity to make it the NFL, was to leave when he did.

His "value" was likely at his peak. He knew that his carries would likely drop if he stayed because Love and Price were too good to not give additional opportunities.

Price ain’t comin’ back. Mel Kiper just released his prospect ratings and has him as the #3 rb.

Price also has already lost a year to injury. He more than most knows the downside risk of delaying. If he’s likely to be a high pick (with the signing bonus that comes with), yeah, he should go.

Wel that is a bummer. Logjam filling their spots. None of them will be as good imo. More RB by committee. Kedron Young is very underrated as a between the tackles runner. He runs harder thru the line than any of them. Backed by 240 pounds.

Anyone else starting him in their fantasy playoffs this week?
No, but I think he's going to have a good day against the Jets D. I wish I had the guts to start him, but I have to go with my safer bets, Achane and T. Tracy.

Who are you starting him over?

My whole team basically got hurt, so for last flex spot it was either him, McLaurin, or Jaylen Warren. Warren and McLaurin had bad matchups so I'm rolling the dice.

I'd be starting Estime too if those were my choices. I think there's a good chance the Saints build up a double-digit lead and focus on the run game to close out the game.

@gregm83 and I are living vicariously through our buddy who did.

I got screwed in my playoff bc Corum pilfered a TD from Kyren.

Hope Audric tears it up Sunday and doesn’t become the next Jonas Grey.
