This is a post that aged about as well as possible. With that 40” vertical he should be excellent at hurdling defenders!
I'm sure it happens more than I realize but also notice nearly every offensive lineman is on the ground during that run. So it's JLove vs the entire defense, or so it seems.
Looks like one or two of the linemen went to the 2nd level to hit linebackers too, but maybe didn't get there in time.

Watched this a couple of times and then sent it to my son. That run is even more unhinged when you see it in slow motion.
YouTube is probably your best betWatched this a couple of times and then sent it to my son.
He responds saying "we should really re-watch that entire game this weekend". Proud moment as a dad.
Does anyone know where I can find the full game?
What push I am so confused by thisIMHO, it was Jagusah's push that propelled him into the end zone
At the beginning of the run, Jags was on the ground and attempted to give Love a push toward the goal line. He pretty much whiffed, though. What push I am so confused by this
I thought he was trying to lay a shot on A Carter’s bad shoulder. At the beginning of the run, Jags was on the ground and attempted to give Love a push toward the goal line. He pretty much whiffed, though.
Jeremiyah Love is largely viewed as one of the best running backs returning to college football, but because it's difficult for any non-QBs to take home the Heisman, he qualifies as a "dark horse." Over the last two seasons, the Irish have relied on veteran quarterbacks Sam Hartman and Riley Leonard to lead their offense.
Now, redshirt freshman CJ Carr is taking over the reins. What's the best tactic for helping break in a young quarterback? Leaning on an elite running back.
Leonard accounted for 906 rushing yards and 17 rushing scores last season. He's now onto the NFL, there is a significant chunk of rushing production up for grabs. Sure, backup running back Jadarian Price will take on some of that workload, but offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock is sure to feed Love a whopping share of the team's total touches as long as he stays healthy.
The rising junior is likely headed for the NFL this time next year, so don't be surprised if the Irish capitalize on every last touch they can get out of him.
This gives me pauseSaw on X he has a grill now. 15-0.
Pause on your summer plans so you can save up for natty tickets maybe. This gives me pause
Reminds me of another Chicago rb moreDon't see it. Sayers had a unique running style for a wildly successful back. He often had an extremely wide stance and made violent direction-changing cuts off his heels. I don't have Love (in my memory) running that way. In fact I'd rather he not, as a firm heel plant is asking for a knee injury.
The closest two in my mind are Alvin Kamara and a little Chris Johnson.
You have to choose RB(s) with excellent acceleration, those two certainly fit.
