I did an AirBnB in Greenville last time and it was fine minus trying to park before the game. Overall it’s a nice experience, but it was easy since I lived in Atlanta. Now that I’m not driving distance going to Clemson becomes a lot more difficultInstead of a trying to get a hotel in Greenville get an Airbnb or vrbo for the weekend in one of the small towns nearby. Easy drive to and from and much less stress.

WTF are we doing?
Instead of trojans and Shamrocks like on the Jeweled Shilleleigh, attach big round communion wafers when ND wins, and those little rectangular ones when Clemson wins (idk wtf they have anymore - haven't been to mass or a protestant service in decades). At the same time, their place is pretty tough to play (not to mention tough to get to as an away fan). I don’t know who I’d rather schedule though
I’m good never playing those losers again,… throw the other scUM on the pile tooI take it from this news that the Notre Dame - USC rivalry really is dwindling down. Bummer.
We brought one of my dad's sales guys and he convinced some kids manning a tailgate lot that we had bought a pass but forgot it at home.I did an AirBnB in Greenville last time and it was fine minus trying to park before the game. Miami the only one with two games lol. ACC had to spell it into the contract to play us more because they would rather keep ducking
Me after winning the Hawaii Bowl:
Now, Notre Dame has put itself in position to potentially play Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, USC and Texas all in the 2029 season.
I take the Clemson series as an indication that the USC series is coming to an end. I dont think it makes sense to have annual games against 4 teams (USC, Stanford, Clemson and Navy). Plus I think Stanford ends up counting as one of the five ACC games.

I would hate to drop the USC rivalry, especially since we've been owning them and making up for the awful Cheaty Petey years. I'm kind of fine not playing Michigan again, it does more for them and we don't need 'em. Plus the USC game helps with recruiting West Coast, and the boys like getting out of Indiana in November. Makes me wonder if we don't replace USC with Cal and start an annual game with them to replace USC since they're now in the ACC.I’m good never playing those losers again,… throw the other scUM on the pile too

The FSU record is wild,… that one game sticks so heavily in my brain it feels like we were losing to them every year for a bit
I was never so happy to win such a crappy bowl. Spent most of my 20s and my high school years watching ND lose every...damn...bowl...from '95-'09. That's a lot of futility, and those are some of your best years as a fan. It was all about getting the proverbial monkey off our back. Since then I feel like the team has just slowly gotten better and better.

Agreed. It does seem like USC is moving in a different direction, and it’s smart to put another premiere opponent on the schedule for insurance. But, I’m sorry, I just don’t think trading USC for Clemson as an annual rival is any sort of win for us long-term.
I really, really hate Central Michigan and Cal,..............Lot of bed wetters in this thread
Don’t like USC and Michigan? Good! That’s the point of a fucking rivalry
Real fans should be looking at those two teams and praying we get the opportunity to put a loss on each of their records every year. Get it together, fellas
I get your point, but man, “Notre Dame vs. Cal” just doesn’t come close to “Notre Dame vs. Southern Cal.”
I hate losing rivalries, but if Texas vs. Texas A&M, Nebraska vs. Oklahoma, Oklahoma vs. Oklahoma State, Nebraska vs. Colorado, Kansas vs. Missouri and so on can be shut down (at least temporarily), I guess Notre Dame vs. USC can too.
Thanks, USC …. real good ….
From my experience, we are playing the long game here.It does seem like USC is moving in a different direction, and it’s smart to put another premiere opponent on the schedule for insurance. I have it on good authority that the intent is to get a new foothold in the South and reinject Roman Catholicism back into service.Agreed.
Notre Dame - Clemson feels … I don’t know, forced? It’s a good replaceable to fill the void in the interim, but not a real long term solution. Honestly, it feels like it’ll benefit Clemson more than ND.
Makes sense. Bada bing. From my experience, we are playing the long game here.
Your crazy, but hot, SoCal gf keeps talking about taking a break and making your life hard while you’re having success in every other area.
You go on a boy’s trip and post some pics with a group of sweet southern bells for a little jealousy thirst trap. SoCal realizes how great you are and and how lucky she is. Bada bing it’s happily ever after.
