Are you asking if I thought there was a difference between 6 starts or 7 starts?
Gimme a break.
OL questions didn’t really exist pre Jagusah injury.
I felt pretty high on both Pendleton and Knapp. Of course I didn’t expect to rely on either in this game (or even this season to be honest). We’ll see how ready they are, this is a great test and quite the gamble by Rudolph. The Alt-Fisher training wheels are off, we’ll see if he has what it takes to be ND’s OLine coach this season. Stuckey’s dismissal should indicate a pretty short leash for any position group in the Freeman era, and I’m guessing it’s even shorter this year with all that rides on it for HCMFWell, they did for me.
I was concerned when we thought the line was gonna be Jagusah-Coogan-Craig-Schrauth-Wagner and Knapp-Pendleton-Craig-Schrauth-Wagner is somehow less experienced.
That said, I was high on Pendleton when he signed and it's not that ND can't win, because they can.
But, I don't know what we'll see from the aTm offsense. All I know is that place is loud and they do have a lot of athletes that probably aren't poorly coached anymore.
Bold prediction. I think if ND scores more points I think ND wins….
This board will go nuts.Big if true
Not to always and automatically agree with you but special teams is everything in low scoring close games ⬆️Defense travels and we’ve got defense. Biggest difference maker in the game weirdly ends up being Rendell keeping aTm with horrible field position. A couple turnovers gives Leonard & Co a short field. We convert. Jeter hits 2/3 FGs. Ags score a late TD to get the margin a bit closer.
