He’s a big kid that can run. Excited to see him on the field. I think Golden and Lea are kindred spirits in that they will find things where nobody is looking. I think Golden has really found some prospects in this class.

Across the board, among the LB's and DL, they've targeted dudes that have motors and can really run.

KVA is under rated in regards to his movement skills. Rezac is an athlete out there just running around, Kahoun too. Young, Thomas, and Mullins fit the narrative of bigger, longer athletes that can run.

It's going to be a lot of fun to see where all these dudes are at by Year 3.

Ok that beats the Zinter family's famous 20-foot-tall Christmas tree for most awesome holiday themed recruiting pic.

Might need a LB transfer next year. Recruiting there could be better.

This transfer makes sense. The ND base defense is nickel and ND will be in that look 75+% of the time, with only 2 linebackers on the field.

ND has 5 linebackers that they really like and some more talent coming up around them.

Mike: Drayk Bowen (1 year eligibility)
2. Madden Faraimo (3 years eligibility)
3. Kahanu Kia (3 years of eligibility)
4. Anthony Sacca (4 years eligibility)
5. Thomas Davis Jr (4 years eligibility)

Will: KVA (2 years of eligibility)
2. Jaiden Ausberry (2 years eligibility)
3. Jaylen Sneed (1 year eligibility)
4. Teddy Rezac (4 years eligibility)
5. Ko'o Kia (4 years eligibility)
6. Jakobe Clapper (4 years eligibility)

With two quality linebackers in Ellis McGaskin and Amarri Irvin already committed in 2027, the linebacker pipeline remains strong. I'm all for them Big Game hunting in the 2027 class to see if you can pull a complete stud, but in terms of numbers, I'm not concerned at all.

Even if Anthony Sacca does make the move to DE as it's been rumored (following the Josh Burnham and Preston Zinter path) ND has a ton of guys for two spots and all but two have multiple years of eligibility left.
