I could be wrong but pretty sure they're done with WR transfers which leaves the current '24 roster numbers at 9.

James looked the part and could move different than any WR we had on our roster, just wasn't ready to catch the ball consistently enough. To put it in perspective, tobias doesn't have catching issues in warm ups but james does/did.
