Pretty wild to spend four years at ND and think our principles are “not so different” from Falwell’s Evangeical U. Notre Dame is not immune from criticism (far from it) but this is some disingenuous bullshit.

Standards on this site are pretty unbelievably tame if "the most bannable post" you've ever seen involves no swear words, personal threats, doxing, racial or gender prejudice, or nudity but merely responding to people talking about me.
And I mean Liberty is gross and Notre Dame is awesome but if you spent four years at ND and don't think the Dome cares about money more than anything else I don't really know what to tell you. I'm taking shots at the hierarchy, and nothing else.
Yeah, if you actually think the way ND runs the university is anywhere close to Liberty, you either don't know a lot about Liberty or you don't know a lot about ND. Liberty is a megachurch masquerading as a college.
And one could say Notre Dame is a hedge fund masquerading as a college. Look Liberty is yucky and low class and Notre Dame is sophisticated and high class. Smarter kids, more money, etc. But these giant institutions, from the yuckiest to the nicest, are all moved by similar considerations. My Catholic education on the inherent Fallen nature of our universe shows there could be no other way.
