Here's something interesting I heard.

I was talking with an Assistant AD here at BYU and I asked him what he thought about the uniforms from ND. He said he was pissed off because they asked ND a few months ago what the uniforms looked like and ND wouldn't tell them. Then they asked if they were dark or white so they could plan their own jerseys. ND told them they were going to be dark. They had some kind of photo shoot or film done in prep for the game that they will now need to redo. But I think he just didn't like the fact he had been duped.

Regardless I had to laugh. Whether it's true or not, or there was a miscommunication on ND/UA's part, or a number of other factors, I like to think that ND was doing everything they could to keep the jersey under wraps.

That's funny with two different interpretations of why ND did that. Both make me laugh at the Joseph Smith-Clique.

TBF to the mormons, we've got like 2000 years on them not including the Old Testament so we're bound to have some age-old hijinks tucked in our golden helmets.

Gotta say I woke up early for this today, and honestly not that impressed. Looked better on previews. Nothing exciting enough to fork over that cash I just won in Vegas.
