Does anyone here subscribe to Loot Crate or anything like that? I'm considering Smuggler's Bounty and would love some feedback.

I do Short Par 4. It's golf clothing. Being from the Northeast, I keep my subscription from April-October. $45 a month, and I get two to three items pieces of clothing. I've liked all that I have received so far. Plus, I can wear the polos and pants to work, which is a big benefit.

I've been looking into that. Is there a referral program? PM me if so and I will hook you up.
Interested in this as well of there is a referral program.
Short Par 4 sounds interesting... I rarely golf, but I could wear the clothes to work. Every day is business casual. Comfy khakis and a nice polo.
Unlikely that you'd find any natural fibers in those pants.Short Par 4 sounds interesting... I rarely golf, but I could wear the clothes to work. Every day is business casual. Comfy khakis and a nice polo.
That's part of the draw for me, I can still wear the polos to work as well. One thing, since you rarely golf, is you don't know what you're getting, so for example I received golf shorts this past month. Very comfortable, and I will wear some (black and khaki) out when I'm not golfing. But if that isn't for you, it might not be worth it.
I have no qualms with wearing any type of clothing to any type of event, short of embarrassing those around me in a serious setting.
I figure it might force me to golf more, or at the least will provide me with some gifts I could send my father-in-law's way.

One of my kids signed me up for a Fruit Of The Month Club membership. The first month I got a box of pears. There were more than a dozen of them. What was I supposed to do with all that fruit?
Eat it? That three pears a week.
I was expecting a huge bonus last Christmas, and my dickhead boss eliminated them at the last minute and instead gave us all a membership to the "Jelly of the Month Club." I was pissed at first, but soon realized it was a gift that keeps on giving all year long.
Dollar Shave Club.
It's the way to go, IMO. I shave 2-3 times a week and I already have a stock pile of blades that will last me 3-4 months (if not more). The blades are obviously not top notch quality but they are high mid-grade. I would guess I change a blade every 2 weeks and I only change it because of the quantity that I have.
I will probably check out one of the clothes boxes in the near future.
I change blades every day (straight razor, mind) with quality blades. I get blades for $6 per hundred. How does Shave Club stack up to that? Do they provide shaving oil, cream and/or moisturizer?
I couldn't trust myself with a straight razor.
They offer it and will send travel, trial size essentials every so often. I assume that's how they make the bulk of their money though because the normal size oils, creams, etc. are a bit overpriced for my liking.

That makes sense. Gotta sell a lot of razors to make money, regardless of margin.
I thought the same thing about straight razors, but my brother convinced me to give it a try. Now I can't imagine going back. I get a significantly better shave, my skin is better (used to constantly have razor burn, never again) and I spend less overall money. That's even with spending a lot more on pre shave oil and nice cream.
