Well, I'll be seeing the flick when I get back to see my son, et al., back in Minneapolis next week. I'll let you know what I think.

I warn you – I thought the first Star Wars (whatever number it's now assigned) was little more than a space-based oater. I much preferred The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Harold & Maude.

Oh, and that Spotify thingy pegged me as Obi-Wan.

No surprise there.

I'm not until Sunday at 10:30. My wife said if we're going on opening weekend, we have to go to a theater with reserved seats. So I'm going to one of those eat-and-watch dine-in places and that's the only availability they had.

I should actually probably be whichever character results from listening to Hip-Hop, but I don't actually use their Hip-Hop radio stations; I just craft my own playlists. I assume this comes from the radio stations that you use.

Just got back from the theater.

No spoilers, but the nostalgia makes it worth the watch. There were a few times I laughed and I know my wife, who has only seen one or two of the movies once, had no idea what I was laughing at.

The Jar-Jar-is-the-Phantom-Menace theory places him above Sidious in the hierarchy. If Sidious is The Apprentice, that means Darth Vader was never an actual Sith. That's ridiculous because 1) non-Sith don't get the title "Darth," and 2) come on.

Also Darth Maul was Sidous' apprentice while Darth Plagueis was still alive.

I got Boba Fett... Which is cool but it says that i listen to Skate Punk, Hardcore Punk and Melodic Punk what ever that is.... The only punk I really listen to is Offspring bt they are not even close to my most listened to bands.

Back in Indiana for a few days. Took my family to see a 730 est imax 3d showing.

Loved it. Don't want to say anymore. (yet)

Took my pops and little brother tonight. Thought it was fantastic. They respected the series, but still established their own take. I won't say anything further.

I have tickets to an IMAX screening with some friends this weekend. I just realized that it's going to be in 3D, which puts me off a bit. Anyone that has watched it in IMAX 3D: did they do a tasteful job with the 3D effects?

3D is fantastic. it really added to the film. You will really enjoy it.

Fantastic. Third behind Empire Strikes Back and New Hope for me. They accomplished their mission of restoring the franchise.

The 4.5/5 star rating I've seen float around is a bit much though.

Stay away from it. We can't do that as far as I know. You may be able to disable that action on your cpu.
