looks like Mike came to ND for three years and just didn't work out at all

If you ever saw him in person, you may too have wondered what he was doing playing D1 college football.

This is not meant as any kind of personal criticism. I like Mike just fine, and wish him well. He just was never (and never going to be) beefy.

Before our wide receiver corps took off my hope was that they found him a niche where he could line up detached, and contribute, but that spot dried up.

He is not with the team any more. BK confirmed at his pre-fall-camp presser that Mike was taking a medical.

On a Notre Dame scale, she is probably a 7; a 9 if you're drunk

But yeah, I saw Mike at the bar after the Virginia game. He was no taller than 6'2" and weighed probably around 200-210. He was just a smidge bigger than me actually

Thought you'd know he wasn't, GB. Mike's hernia troubles were too much to overcome so he was placed on a medical scholarship and is no longer a part of the team.

Without getting into the nuts and bolts, there were other things wrong with Heuerman that no one knew about. He is actually having surgery next week to have some stuff fixed and will be on a 6-month recovery after that.

So can we assume that Heuerman will not be in a ND uniform the rest of his time there?

Heuerman hasn't been on football scholarship since the summer. I don't think you can put someone on medical scholarship and then put them back on football scholarship.
