Who's rooting for/against them today? If I knew we'd beat them, obviously I'd root for them tonight. But I'm not sure we beat them if they're at 1-loss because they'll have a lot to play for. So go ASU. I think.

I feel like we need USC to be pretty good if we're going to make the playoff (assuming we're one loss; if somehow undefeated it won't matter). We only play four teams that anyone respects. It'd be great if one of them won a conference, and another was ranked in the top 15. I don't think that's going to be Ga. Tech or Stanford, neither quite has the horses for that. That leaves Clemson and USC. So, um, fight on?

Up 7-0 early thanks to a long Adoree Jackson TD. I have nightmares of Farley trying to chase him down

Yeah - this game has gotten ugly thanks to some foolish turnovers; but got to be encouraged by ASU running the ball. 19 attempts for 148 yards at the half.

They made some adjustments on D, as of now 11 carries for 25 yards since half. But more telling is SC's struggle to run the ball themselves: 21 carries for 34 yards.

Also, Adoree Jackson has 130+ receiving yards while also starting at corner.

They looked good but ASU self-destructed also. ASU was going in to score at the goal line right before the half and fumbled which USC returned for a TD (ND-USC 2011) and then on the ensuing kickoff ASU fumbled and USC put it in the endzone again right before the half. So that made for a 21 point swing in those few seconds right there.

But Kessler and those receivers are the real deal.

They didn't look all that great really... ASU had one of those nights, they're a good program but they were awful last night

Two things I saw that bothered me...Their pocket was pretty good, and Kessler slides and steps up in it well. Getting pressure on Kessler will be hard, which means with their receivers and the play of NDs backend...yikes!

The other thing is that their D is good...they seem young but they are pretty athletic. They frenzy when they smell blood...so mistake free ball is needed. Stanford showed that if you punch them in the mouth and keep the heat on, they fold. ASU showed that if they get fired up...they can eat ya.

I was thinking the same thing, but then I realized how many true freshmen they played last night after the huge lead. Edoga playing RT, Tell playing FS, Langley at CB, and of course all the other highly touted guys that get regular time.

I do think we can run of this team though, ASU got a nice push all night on their d front. What is most frightening is trying to cover, Steven Mitchell, JuJu, and Adoree with Madden out the backfield (who was a former HS QB).

Game is a toss up to me at this point.

I'll be on my honeymoon in London during this game. I WILL be watching it... but I need help figuring out how!

Anyone have experience catching games in Europe? Any chance it's on TV over there? Or will I be relying on an "unofficial" website at the hotel?

*Paging Dublinirish, especially.

Thanks guys. I wasn't sure if NBC Sports streaming would work out of country for american football. No idea on slingbox. I'll pack my laptop for streaming purposes, but as calvegas mentioned, I'll probably scope out the pub scene and try to see if anyone would have it on. I'd probably only be able to catch the first half before closing time, but better than nothing.

If I were you I'd practice for the Navy game and make sure you have a solution. As far as outside of country, I doubt that's an issue as long as you have internet.

I'll still be home for the Navy game... I made sure we had a buffer day between the wedding and leaving for the honeymoon to "recover and pack."

Here's where the London Alumni Club watches games: Jetlag Sports Bar London Fitzrovia

Kickoff is 1am London time. I think they replay night games in the morning and everyone agrees to not look at the score and discuss it. I heard it's a big group too.

Yeah this looks like it might be a cool option.

Most sports bars I've found online are actually really good about listing what they're showing, and no one is showing ND/USC... I thought maybe I'd catch the first half somewhere before closing time, but I also thought kickoff would be at 12am... if it's at 1am, I doubt that it would even be worth it for the few "american" sports bars over there to turn it on.

Perhaps I'll catch some football out at the bar, and then head back to this place in the AM to watch it with the ND Club of UK-London. Don't know if I can hold out on checking score updates though.

Kick off will be 12:30am actually. I had this Saturday's time stuck in my head.

There's no way I could not follow along on line regardless of the time. I would still go to the replay with the NDCOL and play along like I had the restraint to hold off watching it.. Be nice to see with like minded souls. I haven't missed an ND Club watch since '07 unless I was at the game.

Yea but it won't be as bad as your nightmare because you won't see Farley in the picture for long when Jackson is sprinting for paydirt...

How do you guys feel about this game after last night? I think USC's defense is slightly better than clemson, and offense is significantly better. I have a sick feeling about this game.

Ask me after Navy. I want to see if our guys can pick themselves up off the canvas, or roll over and let last year happen again.

Will be close and Clemson didn't change that for me. At one point I thought it would be a blow out for USC. AT home? We stay in it and have every opportunity to win.

I have a horrible track record at USC games, 0-4 at home in the games I've been to ('05, '07, '09, '11) and I just found out that no one else in the family can go to the game so I'm the default one to go. I stayed away from the 2013 game for a reason. So...that said, we're probably fucked since I'm going now. Sorry.
