I do like our chances of hanging some serious points on Michigan. And I have a hard time envisioning UM hammering us successfully between the tackles given their OL issues. Funchess could go HAM, though he hasn't done much against us over the last two years.

I'll predict ND by 10, but that's a shot in the dark. We won't really know anything about either team until the dust settles Saturday night.

Yeah. Funchess and Gardner worry me, and I wasn't super impressed with our front seven against Rice. But I don't really see Michigan flat outscoring us (I've no idea, what does their running game look like this year?) That said, Golson will need to play well, and someone in the receiving corps will probably need to step up and establish themselves. I think we win by a score or two, but history would say this game is highly unpredictable.

He finally shipped them overnight and their delivery is 3pm today.

This guy was a total fuck up. We bought and paid for the tickets through paypal a month ago. Intial shipping was promised by 'late August', then as things got closer, August 30th, was the agreed upon date. Then it was labor day, so the last day we were to allow overnight shipping was Tuesday, Sept. 2nd. Again, agreed upon, and when we heard nothing from him that day, I called him to ask what was going on, and I got the 'this number has been disconnected' message.

I emailed him and said we're starting a claim and need our money back and basically that he sucks. Then he gave us the new number (still didn't ship), but finally got them out yesterday.

He's worse than I'm telling, being non responsive and sending late, incoherent texts every time we asked for updates.

It did suck and I stressed about it all week. We have the tracking number, and they're actually in South Bend as of this monrning (heading to Valpraiso where condomnSuck lives for delivery).

Forgot to add, the tickets we purchased from him are section 2. So we finally thought we had him ready to ship on Tuesday (after 3 missed deadlines), and after a 10 minute 3-way call, we're all about to get off of the phone when he goes 'alright, I'll have your section 15 tickets out right now'.

I go, 'section 15'? That's not what we bought, not what we agreed upon, and I'm not accepting section 15.

But the ones we're actually getting are section 2 and 4 (which I'd take 4 over 2 so I'm not complaining).

This guy was a total mess. I think he was getting tickets from many different people then selling, and didn't keep track of shit. Who changes their number after missing shipping deadlines for hundreds of dollars? Fuck Michigan.

Watched some of last years game just now. Frankly, the defense was a mess that game. The defensive ends and or linebackers (Tuitt and Shembo on a couple big plays) didn't do a good job of maintaining the edge at all both against the run and when rushing the passer. There seemed to be a lot of blown coverage and or confusion in the secondary with Michigan receivers being left wide open resulting in big plays and huge amounts yards after the catch. Tackling left a lot to be desired as well.

This is why I'm so worried. Nothing makes me believe we can maintain the edge with our smaller lineup, or that our secondary will blow less coverages without KVR? If KVR was back, I'd be a lot more relaxed with him and Luke playing corner and a combo of Riggs/Farley at nickel (when necessary).

We are young and inexperienced, let's hope BVG has a masterful game plan ready for'um because we are going to need pressure to not expose our secondary.

Not surprising. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw the reciprocal over here but I'm trying to play the realist so I'm not crushed when the craziest plays come to fruition and we ultimately lose on a series of strange occurrences.
