I do like our chances of hanging some serious points on Michigan. And I have a hard time envisioning UM hammering us successfully between the tackles given their OL issues. Funchess could go HAM, though he hasn't done much against us over the last two years.
I'll predict ND by 10, but that's a shot in the dark. We won't really know anything about either team until the dust settles Saturday night.
Yeah. Funchess and Gardner worry me, and I wasn't super impressed with our front seven against Rice. But I don't really see Michigan flat outscoring us (I've no idea, what does their running game look like this year?) That said, Golson will need to play well, and someone in the receiving corps will probably need to step up and establish themselves. I think we win by a score or two, but history would say this game is highly unpredictable.
