I think I'm pretty open to everyone's opinion, I never attack anyone, and try to keep it light hearted on here.

A common occurance is I share my opinion, someone's pants start on fire and they attack me, I respectfully reiterate/expand upon the reason for my opinion, and then the group think, pile jumping 'OMG Koon shut up' starts ups up. At the same time, people agree with me, but they are smart and don't want to get involved publicly so they rep me to let me know they agree.

But it's dirt off the shoulder as far as I'm concerned .

Clueless. A common occurrence is that you say inappropriate things about minors. Then you can't see why its inappropriate and continue to defend said inappropriate posts and shrug it off as you being attacked. There is a reason why you have the Bod Squad and get your avatar changed to a pedophile bear.

Is that what that is? Lol, I had no idea. I don't know what my current avatar is now. I have avatars blocked. I'm not going to change based on someone being dramatic and messing with my avatar. I know where to draw the line and I'm comfortable in my own skin. A lion does not concern himself with the opionions of sheep .

If 'he's jacked' is inappropriate to you, then I'd suggest blocking me because you're not the type of person that will enjoy my humor.

Nothing you have ever done on this board that I have seen leads me to believe you are open to any opinions other than your own (which is your prerogative, I just don't think you can say otherwise). Only reason it works is because you do usually keep things civil, don't personally attack people, and can bring useful facts into an argument when you feel like it.

But I have never seen you demonstrate you are open to other people's opinions. You defend your predetermined opinions like your defending the Alamo, despite if others bring facts that could sway an objective man to perhaps a different conclusion. But again, that's fine as long as things are kept civil and reasonable.

I don't think you have exhibited 'bad behavior' recently, though, so I will defend you on that one.

I guess I see it very differently. Does me not changing my opinion mean I am not open to others? I don't think so.

Take the debate over taking a QB in 2015 from the other day, for example. I stated my stance on 'Stidham/Waller or go hold out for 2016'.

People disagreed with me.

But I reitterated my feelings and emphasized that 'I'm not saying I'm right or wrong, because there's no way we will know until 3 years from now'... But I kept my opinion that we should get Waller/Stidham or wait it out.

Does that mean I'm not open minded? I don't think so because I'm not saying 'my way is right and there's nothing else to say!'.

I literally said 'I'm not saying you're wrong, but this is how I feel'. If that's being closed minded, then I agree that I am!

I see close minded as always maintaining their opinion, despite the facts or objective reasoning posted to them. I think you always do that (which, for the 3rd time, is fine, because you don't act or say someone else is obviously wrong and shove it in their face).

Having a strong belief in your opinion is something everyone is entitled to do, but on the board I think I speak for all the mods and long time posters when I say we hope people are more open minded because there are many very intelligent, well-informed, logical posters who make great points that most don't initially recogonize. There have been hundreds of times when I thought a certain way and BGIF, Whiskey, GITF, Lax, Lucci, STL, etc have changed my thought process or opinion.

Because you don't put other people down or personally attack others, I have no problem with the way you defend your opinions. My only wish is that you were a little more open to other's opinions - I think you could be a great poster if you did that. But your entitled to your opinions and can continue to defend them ad nausem, as long as you continue to be civil and reasonable about it.

And it was believed to be purposeful by the mods. I'm sort of paraphrasing there, but wasn't that the gist of it of why he was given the lifetime ban after shorter bans?

And koon was his biggest fan and proponent after this transpired.

Howsomever, a pixel is a real bit (see what I did there?) of real estate on a monitor, be it a phone, TV screen or any other iteration of display. A pixel occupies space. A virtual is simply a fleeting notion.
