Nickname. Potomac Mills isn't bad as a mall but that area in general is pretty darn sketchy for NoVA. Just not a lot of ND type kids that are going to come out of there... whereas just a bit north is pretty much loaded with ND type kids.

Basically, if you see a kid from Woodbridge or Norfolk/VA Beach area just assume they are going SEC/ACC. Can't remember the last one who was any good that didn't. Da'Shawn Hand is maybe the only one I can remember having sustained interest in a school that isn't in that mold (Michigan) and we'll have to see what happens there in the long run.

Offer meant a lot, he's watched ND on TV his whole life. Booker has been in contact a lot, been to his school. Says Booker is "his style of coach" and he is more than just a football player to Booker. Says OSU and Bama are the other programs sticking out to him now but he doesn't have a list of leaders. Wants to visit for a game this fall but nothing set yet.

Michigan has crazy inroads to Woodbridge. I have no idea how this happened... HS coaches maybe? They've yet to actually land someone (that I can remember, at least) but they're always one of a kind in the top group for these kids. Very well could/should land Hand this year and it'll be interesting to see if that finally opens up a pipeline.
