I didn't read all 5 pages, but apparently you aren't familiar with Brian Kelly and the Magic Trail of WINNING he drops wherever he is in his 3rd year. Check his record, his 3rd year anywhere is super human. He will make it here.

And on another vein, I knew a couple who played for Faust at ND. One game relatively close, Jerry broke out into a Hail Mary on the sideline. One of the players carefully guided him out of the way, and another player excused them all saying, "Hey coach do you mind moving out of the way, this one is close, we may be able to win it!"
BK and JF have nothing in common, that was just an imbicilic way of trying to dog Kelly.
