Love seeing that. BK acting as a lead recruiter / closer has a high success rate.

Speaks volumes as to how the staff and BK just feel about Drue. This level of recruitment should silence those who had any doubts about Drue as a prospect.

But Tranquill is white, and he's only a 3 star from Indiana, and we're battling for him with Purdue.... we'll never be able to compete like Alabama. Kelly needs to be fired. (Read in the voice of a whiney Aziz from Parks and Rec)

Wisconsin wants as well. He has really made big gains in his game as of late. There will be more suitors if this wait continues. Kid is GOOD.

Him visiting for the osu game is only going to hurt his chances more. I can't see that one being even close and it might make for him to come to a realization that he wants to be on a more competitive team.

I'm 100% sure that's why they rescheduled him. Get a last shot, good atmosphere. It's funny that the two games he will attend will be the only ones with remotely close to filled stands... and they're going to be filled at least 30% by opposing fans.

i get your point but im sure tranquill knows that purdue isnt a consistent, crazy stadium atmosphere all the time...i would think as a commit there he watches the games he doesnt attend in person.

I think Hazell will get the Boilers headed in the right direction. Everything the Indy Star has written about him, makes me think he's also a great recruiter and this may be why it's been hard to get Drue to flip.

My friend showed me pics of the game since she went......LOTS, and LOTS of red in the half empty stadium.......most of the north and of the stadium was completely bare, but, its Drue's decision where to attend college......play in front of 80,000, or play in front of 35,000, with most being from Nebraska......

Tranquill was very close to flipping the sunday after his first ND visit. Elston has laid it out pretty simple for Drue, if you are a competitor and want to play on a national stage every week, than ND is the place for you. Ultimately he flips this weekend.
