Honestly, the officials have gifted ASU 10 pts. I feel pretty good about that half - if it were 14-3 I'd be smiling. That being said, this team is not fun to watch at all. I'm going through the bourbon stash at record pace.

We have benefited by their calls as well. We didn't capitalize when we got that interference call that wasn't interference (un catchable).

It was towards end of q2 so I understand the increase in pass attempts but the run game can't disappear with how well we were gashing them in q1.

It was towards end of q2 so I understand the increase in pass attempts but the run game can't disappear with how well we were gashing them in q1.

We were 15/16 run/pass in the first half if you don't count the 8-play (all passes) hurry up we ran at the end of the half. We passed on 1st down a few too many times for my liking but otherwise the game plan is solid.

Agreed. He is one of those players with elite talent that just doesn't seem to always have the requisite passion. I wish I could implant Cam McDaniel's passion in his body.

He seems to get a little too pedestrian at times. If he played all out all the time he would be a beast. Adding strength would make him hard to stop.

I'd much prefer the pace of the 1st qtr. Pound the rock and execute play action. We're not built to go up and down the field like ASU.
