Seals Jones looked good but his on the field speed looked slow. And it appeared Bama had their offense figured out last year as they olny gave up 9 points the last three quarters. Still, JF is a pesky bast*rd. We will need to do a good job containing him. I like our chances and look for at least a double digit win margin.

Ya'll just take care of meatchicken for me. Can't stand the Pillsbury Dough Boy.

His height makes him a tougher matchup but we have tall enough CBs so that will help. Plus, he sure isn't going to outrun any of them. I would expect Belue to be on him like a duck on a june bug.

thought he looked like the classic "lost a step after a bad knee injury" case. Think he will struggle to get seperation against better defenses.

Yeah, I've had that same thought more than once this summer. I genuinely feel sorry for Sumlin. He seems to be a class act and genuinely good guy. Manziel must be driving him absolutely nuts. He knows he has to have JM on the field to win, but he's gotta be thinking he's made a pact with the devil and getting the worse end of the bargain.

I don't care how Sumlin spins it publicly - Manziel blew him off when he walked by him after the penalty and Sumlin was giving him an earful. God himself couldn't have saved his punk azz if he was a Bama player and had done that to Nick. Sumlin must pray every day, "Dear God, please get me through the next 4 months without killing this douchebag punk kid."

I think Sumlin's protocol of not letting him talk to the media says everything. It probably won't come out til a few years down the line what people in the program really think of Manziel. I imagine he has rubbed alot of people up the wrong way already.

Still on the fence though who I want to win between TAMU and Bama though. Its a toughie!

I wouldn't let him talk to the media either. What does he really have to gain? Are people going to like him all of the sudden? It would just be trying to feed the big pool of haters anyways.

As for the second part, this is easy... Saban and crew need to lose. The best bet for getting the SEC out of the finale is with them all getting a loss or two.

This game becomes Bama's "Don't mess with us" game. If they trip up, it will be to someone else...like happened with A&M last year. Don't forget that the A&M game was the week after LSU last year. It was a let down game and they had lots of injuries. Early in the year, with basically an entire off-season to plan for the QB, it could be ugly.

My opinion (and sort of my hope).

he has had his way for the past year and 1/2 of a game this year....i can't imagine when he gets shut down what kind of antics will come out...i could see him giving the finger to the crowd ala mike vick style or throwing his helmet...either way its going to be a disaster

Listening to Furman & Hawkins this morning. Hawkins was using "Manziel" in place of the word money. "How much Manziel you have in your wallet?"

I have $50 Manziel that says we beat scUM.
