Someone even filed a Freedom of Information Request to find all UCLA emails to Eddie's family. UCLA quashed that. What are the chances of someone going to court and getting a judges ruling?

I hope they get Eddie or his parents for Income Tax evasion along with the bag man. I am only half-kidding. They "half" to know with throwing shoddy cover stories, and making statements like there were 'four' reasons, that they are presenting a situation that smacks of impropriety.

Eddie's family knows that there would be huge backlash if they listed the reasons as they obviously were not good enough for ND or the NCAA the first time around. Obviously these reasons were not so powerful that it would cause most people to automatically side with him and his family. It would probably only cause more questions which he would then be forced to answer.

Even though the NCAA did finally grant it to him, it must obviously be some pretty border line stuff if it got rejected the first time around.

At this point it almost feels like the EV appeal = Ryan Braun appeal in 2011. Yeah Ryan Braun won his appeal on a technicality, but everyone pretty much knew he probably shouldn't have.

I almost hope that EV keeps running the smack on twitter, because that will hopefully force his hand to reveal some of his "reasons".

TJ at II is not one to say bold statements about character or calling people out. In fact until two recent occasions I had never seen him do anything of the sort. Urban and the UCLA staff he has called out. He is very adamant about the UCLA staff having a major and not ethical role in what transpired. I'll take his opinion on the matter or EV on twitter and his dad's vague comments to the SacB.

ND wins their 5th title in a row, and all is right in the universe.
