I was looking for a reason to bump this thread because I was wondering why he has 5-stars next to his name?

Anyways, here's my reason for bumping: Updated ratings.

Rivals: 4-star, 5.8 rating, #187 overall,
Scout: 4-star, #40 WR,
247: 3-star, 89 rating, WR #50,
247 Composite: .9051, #30 WR.

That's the thread rating

Once he hits the camp circuit and assuming he does well then he will jump up on the charts. Playing at Speedway which isn't exactly a football school and like someone said combine that with Indiana, thats why he has an uphill battle in the rankings. The kid is a great kid, and fits what ND is trying to do. He just has to get faster and keep giving good showings at the camps.

The question if you are ND is will he step into the leadership role for this class and start reeling kids in like Onwualu did at this point last year. We are waiting for the big fish to pop and be able to help reel in kids, but this class is looking for a leader and right now all signs point to Brent or Hayes.

I will rate this post 5* for specificity; 5* for content; 6* for overal logic and well thought out presentation!

This kid needs to maximize his gifts, but he could be so much more!

Saying good bye to another Panama City Spring Break.. Proud to say I'm still a 17year old virgin to drugs and alcohol.

He didn't mention women. Justin clearly hasn't been following our recent transfer dramas. Baby mommas are far more dangerous than drugs or alcohol.

Seriously! And we all know ND isn't exactly passing out condoms.. We're screwed, literally and figuratively.

Right after he gave a verbal, there was an article in the Indy star on him. His ratings are probably low because he hasn't played a lot of football until recently. He's supposed to be a very good athlete and he has a very high upside.

It'd be cool if either Lee or Woods signed it, but since Kiffen had to step in **** it up, it's about as useful as a crap filled vagina.

Good looking tat. The shading makes it look like a brand. I like it.

Nice artwork... Im not comparing the two but every time I see a tat of a school on a commit I think of Reuben Foster.

I don't see him wavering at all. Especially after that last pic. Golden Army baby!

That's about as close to signing an LOI without actually signing it. Lol

That wasn't the case for Rueben Foster though

Well if that's not a sign of a future decommit then I don't know what is.

Actually, I remember Justice Hayes having a ND tattoo before going to Michigan. I don't think it will happen to Justin though.

Don't capitalize that crap. Proper nouns get capitalized, not POS institutions.

That tat is pretty sweet. I hope he is sure about his decision as I imagine that would be painful to be removed. Anyways this is another kid I am excited about.
