So is anyone rooting for Mexico today? I really dislike the RvP and Robben but the Flying Dutchmen play great as a team. Plus I have a secret crush on Kyut. IMO he is probably the hardest working player for club and country I have seen. If I had to give a lunchpail to someone it would be him.

Also I just recently found out through genealogy that my mother's family were Dutch immigrants to western Michigan so....there is that. I will probably pull for Netherlands and hope that RvP takes a boot to the face. Lol jk #maybe.

Robben is a tremendous actor, but that fkr plays balls out. He's the guy you hate to play but love having him on your team.

They play like a bunch of thugs but then when there is the slightest sign of contact they go down like they've been shot. They are our biggest rival so similar to disliking USC or Michigan. Multiple games between the USA and Mexico have had multiple red cards and have come close to all out brawls. They dominated us at the beginning, we have dominated them of late. The only reason they are there is because the US beat panama In a meaningless game for the USA

Not all dislike them. Some prefer Euros because of ancestry, some because they follow the Premier League. I'm Italian/German/Irish and cheer for all those teams along with Greece after the USA, but I'll cheer for MX any day over France, England, Spain, Netherlands, etc.. They are our neighbors, right?

Mexico looks more dangerous than the Oranje so far. The Dutch are doing just enough to keep them out of the goal. I think the longer this goes on it favors Mexico.

Has MX invaded the US (except for that helicopter) lately, our governments bombed each for generations, etc... Come on man. If you're going to go literal, use a better example. Ukraine/Russia, Ireland/England, Greece/Turkey, not very comparable to US/Mexico history or relations. If anything, we've stole from them and all their people want to come here. Hell a large portion of our population is Mexican.
