Straight talk if we get Tosh, Tyree, McGregor you could basically call it a class right now and it'd have more "elite" prospects than any class since '13.

It's insane what back-to-back 10-win seasons can do for a program.

Make it three-in-a-row this year and keep it in stride.

And great recruiting coordinators. And Bill Rees. And beefed up recruiting dept. and better position coaches

That's the amazing part to this class. We usually do well landing the 89-94 recruits but then have much more difficulty getting the 95-99 recruits and we appear to be loading up on them.

Hope we can add a few more key pieces in the secondary/OL/WR and call it a day.

Our WR options appear to be: Michael Redding III, Daniel Jackson, AJ Henning, Xavier Watts.

I really want Watts and one of the other three.

Best bet is still Redding and Henning

I think Jay Brunelle is the dark horse.

I'm sorry is he a national analyst or Notre Dame Analyst??

A lil bit of both per him.

He is relocating to Chicagoland at the end of the year, maybe he'll be a lil more focused then?

Good to know. I really, really like Xavier's highlights. He plucks the ball out of the air with ease, fights for yards, breaks tackles and he's aggressive on defense. He's a damn good football player.

Henning is just so fast. I don't know if any of our receivers get off the line like he does.

I'll take Redding and one of the other 3.

I really like Redding as well, he'd be a great addition.

I do too but it's ND and Nebraska for his services. Plus, Frost gets to remind him that he's a star in Nebraska's entire class... and the 3rd option at WR for ND in '20.

I think going into this class it was pretty unanimous that ND had done of great job of building up depth throughout the program and the focus needed to be on "elite" talent. Seems like the staff has done just that at a lot of positions. Or, at the very least, getting their top targets at said position. If we land Tyree, Baker, and McGregor I think you could say the staff landed their #1 targets at every DL spot, Drop, SDE, NT, and 3T. #1 OT, RB, WR, and TE. #1 LS

That's pretty insane if you think about it like that. Also, you land Phillps and it's arguably the #1 CB. LB and S, TBD.

probably can't say that's happened before in the last decade.

LBer top target is definitely Cody Simon if they take one (I think they better)

Safety I’d guess is Lathan Ransom but if they shockingly got serious traction from Chris Thompson Jr. like Jordan Botelho after hi April OV then I’d say him too. A couple of safeties are top end talents.

You're right. I don't think we will land him and purposely exclude him because I think it'd be a big surprise. I could be wrong but those Cali WRs disappoint me year after year, I'm finally on to their act ;)

Can't blame you there.

This kid came to ND for 4 days on his own dime. I'm definitely not saying that ND leads over Washington or Cal, but he is coming back so we'll see.

Ok, so who's next?

Most Rumors would have you think Braiden is next, with Tyree to POSSIBLY follow after. (I have heard from some who seem to know quite a bit, that feel "VERY" good about Tyree)

If ND gets Braiden and Tyree in May then I'm willing to sacrifice my summer in order to speed up December NSD.

GoT can time travel...why can't I.
