If I'm an NFL scout, I'd like to see him do it 2 years in a row before I took him with a top pick.
Correct.

Mike at ISD thinks Tillery is a 2nd round pick this year. Point is, he's a day 2-er.
Pretty sure Brantley had a DV investigation and character concerns holding him back though. I'm all for Tillery returning, but I think it'll come down to the grade he's given by the advisory board.Caleb Brantley (Florida) was the 15th DT taken overall in the 2017 NFL draft as the 1st selection in the 6th round. Using that as a guide, Tillery wouldn't be selected in the first 4 rounds as he's no better (or as good as) Brantley was or any other DT drafted in front of Brantley at this stage of his college career. Tilley definitely needs to return to ND next year, IMHO.

You probably should add to If I'm an nfl scout who just happens to be a rabid irish fan I'd like to see him do it 2 years in a row....
No, that's not fanspeak. Tillery has been very good this year. He should stay and further develop his body/technique and prepare himself as well as he can to enter the league.
The players who stayed one extra year before bolting have all been successful to varying degrees and most of the players who jumped early have had mixed success.
There are players like Tuitt and Tate who you knew had a distinct athletic advantage and then there are players like Troy Niklas who would've benefitted from another year. Hell, Tuitt would've most likely made a lot more money in his first contract if he came back one more year and increased his performance.
I wouldn't say the same for Adams because he has the production and if he gets graded high enough, I think he should bolt (even though I'd love to keep him another year). Same thing with Q and anyone else who has performed well enough to be near their peak.
I don't think Tillery has peaked, I think he's finally tapping into his wellspring of physical gifts.
I’m going with Wilkins. Corner from Florida
67% sure that he will be next
I think Tillery could have problems adjusting to pro football, on and off the field.

what off the field issues does he have that would give him problems as an NFL player?
Well he did stomp on a guy's headNothing I can substantiate. There are stories out there.
Don't mean to give such a weak response. You can PM me, if you'd like.

If tillery is back and we can find a mike lb , our D will be top 3
He appears to recognize that there's a big world out there beyond football. Some teams will hold that against him, say he's not fully committed. That's a bigger sin in the NFL than most felonies.
Loy close to a CB for Arkansas commit Luke Jones an OT.
Really?
Another 3 star O-lineman to compliment the two?
Why?
Maybe HH really likes him?

To be fair, how many 3-star players has HH turned into a stud?
Loy also thinks we may flip a corner committed elsewhere but not at liberty to say. And it's not Taylor or Boykin. Let the guessing game begin.
