Picked up The Show 18, games very good. Not a lot of changes from 17 but definitely an upgrade. RTTS progression system is much improved

I'm trying so hard to like Fortnite. I've only played maybe 5 hours or so, but I'm just not getting that itch to play it like I normally have with shooters. I think the reason is becasue the shooting feels horrible. I like the building aspect to it, but I'm always killed right at the end when I finally have a good idea of how to utilize the building feature. I'm not a huge fan of the art style. It just screams cheap mobile gaming to me. Which isn't a big deal, but i just am not a fan of the art style. The shooting is pretty rigid though. I love 3rd person shooters, I was a die hard Socom fan back in the day, but the shooting in Fortnite just feels off. I'm going to play it here and there for prolly another week and then delete it off my PS4.

Yeah, the art style is definitely not one I care for either. I do enjoy the building and defending though.

I don't have one but I played Project Cars 2 on a friends one time. He also had a force-feedback steering wheel and pedals. It was one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced. Until the menus would pop-up at the end of a race my brain would forget that I wasn't actually driving a car. It was also remarkable how quick my brain was to accept this new information as fact. It's hard to explain but it's an amazing feeling.

Cool, I got Project Cars 1 right away because it was one of the few big ones out there at the time and couldn't get it to work right at all. I'm sure they fixed it for 2. I just downloaded Skyrim VR. I never played the original but it seems like a huge game.

If you like boxing Thrill of the Fight is great. Mount Wingsuit is just like flying. I was in front of the window and got a gust of air while doing it and yeah, man, unreal.

I was more of a "Crash Bandicoot" kid back in the day, and he recently had his trilogy remastered... but now "Spyro" is getting his trilogy remastered, as well.

I've recently started Dying Light, which has been a huge positive surprise thus far. I wrote this game off as one of the millions of stupid zombie games that were popular a few years ago, and the story is as bad as I expected, but the gameplay is really incredible stuff. It's probably the most "realistic" zombie city I've ever experienced. You're constantly running from rooftop to rooftop and looting apartments for supplies while watching your back for slow moving zombies. The progression is really slow, you feel very underpowered for a long time, which has been lots of fun because the majority of my combat abilities thus far has been to just run away and try not to be trapped by crowds.

My little bro is pretty serious about Fortnite, and he is PISSED about the self-controlled rockets lol.

I can see how it would be a cool, unique addition, but also how there is a major game-breaking factor to them, as well.
