Is Mice and Mystics like a knockoff Redwall board game?
Some similarities, but not really. The storyline is basically this: a good king falls for a beautiful but evil sorceress. Your party is loyal to king, and speaks out against her, so she turns you into mice. Thus, you end up battling through crawl spaces, kitchen counter-tops, etc. against rats, spiders and the castle house cat instead of the standard RPG baddies. Mechanically, it's a standard table-top dungeon crawl; where it stands out is in its gorgeous (and more kid-friendly) aesthetics and well-written story.

Hero Quest was the shit. I remember talking my grandmother into a few dungeon runs when we would stay with her, my brother and I loved that game. Had a few of the expansions too. Think I still have them somewhere, but it's definitely not mint.
I've been sucked back into Overwatch.
Blizzard has a way of doing that.
Do you Gwent?
Never outside of TW3. I've watched it streamed a few times, but that's it. Still playing Hearthstone.
On temp leave from work, post-op. First time in about four years I don't myself with some time to myself with nothing to do. Finally broke down and bought FIFA '18. Only a few marches in, but it's pretty sick.

Is anyone old enough/young enough to remember Counter-Strike?
I mean we've gone through your hording habits before but if you ever get rid of those expansions you'd better hit your boy up....

I'm pretty new to the sport, so I have no idea what any of this means, but it sounds absolutely delightful LOLYou want to get OP easy on FIFA you go with Schalke. Lmao at a midfield with Meyer, Goretzka, and Geis. What a gong show.
The idea of an openworld cyberpunk game with the complexities of the Witcher series that can be played in first person sounds like it'll thoroughly ruin my marriage.

Your wife tells me your marriage is already ruined.
Depends...which one you talkin' fam.
OG? Source? GO?
I played a good bit of source. If the other two are anything like Source, pretty unforgiving game.
Yup, for sure, played the original back in college. I played waaaay more Day of Defeat though, which was a CS mod and one of the early WWII shooters. I spent many an hour on the dod_charlie map, which was a recreation of the Omaha Beach D-Day invasion. I both remember sniping people running up the beach as they spawned in, as well as dodging sniper fire as I played as Allied forces. I was pretty good sneaking around, blowing up objectives and opening entrances. Avalanche was a lot of fun too....lot of closed in quarters for machine gunners, not a lot of wide open spaces. I shoveled a lot of fools coming around corners. Damn, kinda wanna play now...
Beat Blood and Wine's main story yesterday... it's been a very impressive add on for sure.
