You set your cruise at 13 over? That's pretty high. I set mine at 7 over. That way, I can relax and not worry about the PoPo. 13 will get you popped.

People who go to the gym and then pay for landscapers to come and do their yard work. Don't pay money to outsource productive manual labor and then pay more money so you can go to the gym and do unproductive manual labor.People who go to the gym simply to be seen and socialize. This tends to be women, fat women, who are more concerned about what leggings they are wearing and whether or not their shitty sketchers match. Take your fat cunt down to Starbucks and get that 600 calorie Tazo Green Tea Frappuccino, because we all know that is where you going after the gym anyways b/c you want a drink that matches your Lululemon top and you think you "deserve" it. Nobody is fooled. You don't really want to be at the gym. You just want to feel like you are actually doing something and you found a fellow fatty to commiserate with. Get the fuck out of my way and get yourself to Curves.
What's Lululemon?
going less than 10mph over the limit is for the poor
I go 9 mph over. I must be lower middle class.
I'm a 7-8 mph kind of guy. I don't trust myself to see the law in time. Besides, those sneaky bastards have that radon gizmo and can clock you before you ever see them.

He must have never driven through Ohio with out of state license plates. I have two speeding violations in my life and both times were in Ohio driving out to Notre Dame.My grandfather drove 7 over his whole life. Didn't matter if it was a 25mph speed limit or a 70mpr speed limit. Always 7 over, set on cruise if possible. He passed away at the age of 84 and never once in his life received a traffic violation.
True story.

82 in a 70 in Indiana on a Sunday morning wearing Notre Dame gear: "Good morning officer. Heading to Mass at the Basilica." Leave with a warning.
77 in a 70 driving through Toledo: $200 ticket
What grinds my gears?
We use industrial vending machines at our customer locations for dispensing tools, safety supplies and other products. Some are similar to vending machines that dispense candy and chips, some are more sophisticated. The machines run software that creates reports and initiates orders to replenish.
So yesterday, I get an email from one of our salesman screaming that we are losing an account if this keeps up and the customers management team finds out they haven't been getting their reports. He also copies several others including the owner. I do a little research and find out, the customer had just reported the problem that morning.
I reply back that I'll send someone out to the customers location and see what's going on. He then replies that going to the customers business isn't going to fix the problem and we just need to get this fixed. This customer has their network locked down, so we can access the unit remotely.
I'm guessing he thinks we have these mystical magical powers that allow us to resolve problems just by thinking of a fix? Also, don't start screaming in an email until we've failed to address and fix a problem in a timely manner. The real kicker here? The revenue from this customer is minimal and has been on a steady decline over the last three years. Maybe he should improve his sales skills?! lol
My rant is done.
Nope. Ohio cops are dicks. My wife was taking her SCUBA certification test in Ohio (that's when we got the ticket) and she ended up chatting with an Indiana State Police officer who confirmed that Ohio traffic cops are notoriously awful to out of state drivers.Well, one of those is over 7 and the other... I'm guessing you were going faster and that's just what he gave you the ticket for?
Fastenal? You can pm me if you want.
Speed traps.
When I was a kid the fam would drive fromFL to NY to see family. The interstate system was not yet completed.
One year my father left the US highway to get gas, somewhere in one of the Carolinas I think. The posted speed limit was dropped from 60 to 25 within a few hundred yards without warning, and physics be damned!
There were local patrol cars parked just beyond the 25 MPH Speed Limit sign with citation pads and pens at the ready. We were not allowed to continue our journey without a trip to the JP to pay the fine – cash only, of course.
The fun part was that he got clipped in the same little berg on our return.
Similar story. Shortly after getting married, my wife and I were coming back from a trip to FL. Don't remember the town, but a local sheriff stopped me for speeding. Don't remember the particulars except that he said he could accept the fine on the spot. I didn't say anything, but I knew where that money was really going. We were young and broke with just enough gas money to get back home. I told him the situation, so he writes me the ticket and let's us go on our merry way. Obviously I never paid the ticket. Can't do that today since the states share these records.
Gem Shopping Network calls 2-3 times a week. I let it go to voice mail. The message says if I no longer want to receive these calls, to call back and they will remove my number. I call back and the message says their mailbox is full. After about a month of this, I finally got through, but had to leave a message to remove my number. Problem solved? Of course not. After leaving a couple more messages over the next couple of weeks with no results, I've had enough.
I leave a message questioning the IQ of everyone working at the GSN and how removing a phone number from their auto-dialer must be akin to rocket science for them. I also tell them not to clear any space on the mantel for a Nobel, because it's not happening.
Haven't had a call for a month.
