Game, they took player and team photos yesterday I believe and they were in there normal jerseys

Still not a fan of the new jerseys. Preferred the ones worn from 2014-15. Don't like the weird spaghetti numbers. Prefer the more compact numbers used a few years back.

The change is to Notre Dame's new created font called "Leahy." You're probably one of 4 people on earth who noticed the change. They rolled that out last year as the official typography for all ND uniforms and signage.

Leahy is on the bottom. I personally like it better, makes it slightly easier to read numbers and makes the players look slightly taller.

These uni's being revealed apparently have Rockne on them, stripes in the numbers like the endzone stripes, and the gipper speech on the shoulder.

Unless ND social media is using false teaser images, it looks like the special unis will be standard colors. No green or anything like that.

That reminds me of last years Shamrock Series unis in that it sounds really busy, which isn't a good look for any uni. Hope they can somehow incorporate all of that while keeping things clean.

If they are, the shits better not be green or goofy. Ara specifically toned down the jerseys under his watch and never once broke out green uni's. "Honoring" him by doing so would be the exact opposite of what he would want.

Someone mentioned Navy in another thread, but I have no clue. Also, someone lightened the photo with photoshop. You can see gold piping on the shoulder, blue piping/strip on gold pants, name plate on the back that might say Rockne. I haven't seen this picture, but that's what I've been told.

That blacked out photo makes me think it's going to be crazy again with all sorts of unnecessary line work on the background of the jersey.
