She may not actually be allergic to fish. My wife makes the best fried rice ever,… and she makes it kimchi fried rice every now and then. AmazingTrue but I’m a big noodle guy and that stuff is amazing. Kimchi is fantastic and goes amazing with rice and if you have never had Korean fried chicken you havent lived.
On another note if anyone is ever in Philly and looking for a great restraint try SamPam in central Philly. I go ever year for my B day and the foods amazing.

I love a good grilled cheese, and yours sounds good. I make mine with Dakota 12 Grain bread or Rye, and use smoked cheddar, grated parmesan, lemon pepper seasoning, and dill pickles. Sounds weird, but they're phenomenal.Neither of us felt like cooking last night, so I made grilled cheese. Honey Oat bread with American, White Cheddar and Colby Jack. Boom baby!

The key to a great grilled cheese is to use mayo instead of butter to brown the outsides of the bread.I love to cook but I’ve tried to make grilled cheese sandwiches a few times and muck it up royally,… go figure. I apparently can’t cook a grilled cheese. Lol
