Really like Little Sumpin... past beer of the year for me. Really like the Aunt Sally by Lagunitas too.
Ten Fiddy is good stuffHave not seen the Aunt Sally up here. Lagunitas had another offering... an IPA that was well received by the lads last week.
Not a big beer guy but have had some great ones from Lagunitas and Oskar (?) out of Colorado. The "Ten Fiddy" Russian Imperial Stout being among my favorites.
Cheers and Go Irish!!
Has anyone tried Blood Oath No. 5 bourbon whiskey?
Black Saddle 12 year?
Jefferson's 'Ocean Aged' Cask Strength Bourbon Whiskey, VOYAGE 18?
I'm close to pulling the trigger on a couple new bottles and those are three under consideration. I will also accept write-ins.

Ive had blood oath. Its solid but i dont think it does anything better than a 50 dollar of solid bourbon.
I'm not much of a bourbon expert but has anyone else had Longbranch?? I really enjoyed it, which is like,.... the only time I've enjoyed bourbon straight up.

This is what I wanted to hear. I'm not trying to buy expensive whiskey to say I have expensive whiskey. I'm looking for something unique or profoundly enjoyable, especially when I dish out more than a benjamin for a bottle of brown intoxicant.
Any suggestions? I'm simple and have not been able to transition to scotch. I like bourbon.
Basil Hayden's, when found for $30 is one of my favorite value buys. It's easy, smooth, what I like to sip. Similarly in that vein, I like Maker's 46.
I'm looking to develop my whiskey palate so any suggestions are appreciated.
Downtown Disney has some great spots. Love the Jazz Kitchen.
California Adventure also has some great beers but they rotate them in and out often.

Gonna be a bunch of hammered Irish fans this evening. I'm still trying determine what time I'll crack the seal today. I already feel the need to pop a top, but trying to hold off to 3pm...
I have some of the lads coming over for tonight's game. Chili is on and I'm doing a liquor store run soon... various Irish beers and a bottle or Red Breast 12.
The greatest impediment to "keeping it real" for The Irish game will be Michigan - Wiscy!
Cheers and Go Irish!!
