Give me a little 90's Garth...some George anytime. Alabama is phenomenal. The man who doesn't get enough love....TRAVIS TRITT.

Saw Travis front row outdoors at some hotel/casino outside of Indy 3 or 4 years back. Charlie Daniels opened up for him. Both he and Travis sounded damn good and Charlie blew up the fiddle again.

Stone/Pizza Port BFF

What's the verdict? My San Diego supplier left this out in favor of the Pickleweed Point.

I was told last night that BFF's on tap at the bar inside Whole Foods. My how the beer world has changed here in AZ since I moved back. Two years ago Sierra Pale Ale was considered on-shelf craft, last night I picked up CC Jai Alai and a bomber of Lost Abbey Judgement Day at BevMo. That's the equivalent of ND playing at ASU... and winning.

Mojitos with fresh mint from the garden
Nice.

I found a mini mart near my church that has a lot of dusties. It's where I got the 2014 Chocolate Aged Yeti last week. I checked and they still have a fair amount. But they also have tons of Clown Shoes, most of the no younger than 2016. The Good the Nad and the Unidragon is from 2014...

But what I had to go with: The Peace that Money Can't Buy, a Quad aged in Bourbon Barrels bottled in December 2014, $2 off. Very boozy, the bourbon flavor is mostly gone, lots of fruit flavor.

Sounds like you need to raid that place and create a stockpile.

Had some Lagunitas Cherry Lane... very good. Now having some Weihenstephaner Braupakt... it’s a collaboration of two of my fav main stream brewers, the aforementioned and Sierra Nevada... good stuff as well.

Squatters Hop Rising Tropical Double IPA. Very crushable, not at all bad for $9/6er.

Definitely on my hit list.

Squatter's is actually brewing Cigar City Jai Alai for the westcoast now. Cigar City,Squatter's, Wasatch, Oskar Blue and Perrin are all the same company now.

Nice getting Jai Alai for $7.50/6 at Whole Foods or BevMo.

Love Clown Shoes, especially "Brown Angel." Hard to find CS in Hawaii, now. I don't like this trend towards IPAs. I'm much more of a brown ale to stout kind of guy.

I almost pulled the trigger on a bottle of The Black Prince.

My buddy has a half a bottle left, and I have an invite to come partake. He typically buys the pricey bourbons, me the pricey scotch.... and we try to share as much as possible... I'm looking forward to trying it, but he said: good stuff, but not worth the high price tag. He did say there's lots of flava...

I think we are seeing cycles of trends though. IPAs were the big one for a little while, but I've noticed more and more sours being produced lately. Also, NEIPAs are turning up more, they're quite delicious.

Total Wine & More just called. Going to pick up a case of BFF and Digital Bath right now. Too many people came through the house last week and decimated the beer fridge.

Sours are huge right now. They've discovered a type of beer that people who don't like beer enjoy drinking.
