Yeah, I like that too. Picked up 2 combo cases from Costco that had VS, Tangerine Express, Delicious and Crystal Revolver. I took the Revolver into my local brewer and we are going to do a small batch of Crystal/Nelson hopped Blood Orange DIPA. I'm torn between the names... Crusader's CRYSTAL METHOD or My Bloody Half Nelson.

Just did a New England IPA called Shady Brady's Undeflated IPA

Found a bottle of Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti bottled in March 2014. Pretty good, lots of dark chocolate flavor.

I've had that and really liked it. Didn't think I would, but it was very good.

Lagunitas Sumpin Easy with homemade carnitas tacos. The pork is a bit tough though, gotta work on that. Cracking open some good stuff tonight!

Best way to make pork carnitas for tacos is as follows.

Brown a pork butt in a large pot with a little bit of oil. Add water to cover. Bring to boil. Add salt, cumin, chilli powder and a couple whole cloves of garlic. Reduce to a simmer and let it cook low and slow for up to 6 hours or so until the meat breaks down and most of the liquid is cooked off. When it’s all said and done you’ll have the best carnitas ever.

Whistlepig is fantastic. Michter's is my pour of choice tonight.

Michter's is good stuff. Haven't had any in a while. I think the last time was a few years ago before a Chesney concert in Denver. First time having Whistlepig I think. Drank a nice size glass on ice and liked it when I first opened the bottle. Great early and late flavors.

If you ever find yourself with that opportunity to get a 15 year reserve, it's an expensive pour but worth it. Side note, seeing Chesney in Detroit in August for that first time. Always been a fan, finally ponied up.

Chesney is awesome. Seen him 5 times in the last 5 years in 3 states, twice with Aldean. It's a great experience. Have some whiskey or margs before ya go. Just pace yourself because they are typically long shows lol. This tour has less openers, but still awesome. Old Dominion is fantastic, and your girl will love Rhett. He probably has a regional opener, to the opener, before the opener.... boots or flip flops.

God you suck. Chesney? Aldean? Flyover states is about his only good song. Maybe....just maybe...I sing along to Big Green Tractor even though I'm a Case man.

Old Dominion is lit, no doubt. Bitties love Rhett...so much for girls hating short guys. He's smaller than me.

Eric is king. He's actually about the only current dude I can show to the #NeverCountry crowd that will make an impact.

Btw, having Hill Billy bourbon tonight. 86 proof. Not bad at all.

Dude, take your lefty lady friend to a Chesney concert and chill in the SandBar. Drink some tequila and cheap MX beer. I guarantee you'll dig the experience. I don't even really equate Chesney to country. It's like trying to equate Jimmy Buffet to rock and roll. Just good time beachy music with a country twang here and there. By the way, one of the Chesney concerts had Church as an opener here in ATL, really a co-lead, but we all know who went on last. Best country artist by far to take your girl.

Old Aldean > New Aldean. Johnny Cash, Fly Over States, Big Green Tractor, Amarillo Sky, Dirt Road Anthem, all good stuff. There's even a little diddy with Church lol.... It's not Stapleton, but it's good stuff.

F the #NeverCountry people. I'm happy that they are happy with their Justin Beiber.

I do prefer the old school country to ball cap country, but Aldean has some great stuff. It all depends on the mood. I've seen him several times. His concert at UGA's stadium was crazy good, not to mention the openers and guests (Ludacris).

Agreed. I am much more 1990’s fan Garth Brooks, Alabama, Sawyer Brown, George Strait, etc.
