Honestly virginia's offense didn't look too bad, they just couldn't put it in the end zone and UCLA looked pretty good. I will say 42 - 17 ND.

I say we have a bit of a hangover and roll into this game expecting to win. It's close late in the third but we end up coming away with a 10 pt win.

Virginia is better than Texas on offense. Better OL, better RB, better QB. I'll be surprised if they don't get at least 17, but their ability to "finish" is poor and has been ever since London has been at UVA. It's possible they just try a bunch of field goals.

I don't think their defense is much better. They have some stars, but I've just never been that impressed. Last year they were #10 in DFEI and #19 in DS&P+. Texas was #21 and #7, respectively. UVA will have a better secondary and that might keep our points down a little... but our OL is still our OL.

I'm going to say 35-17. UVA keeps it close in the first half with ND leading 14-10. Yoon misses his first two field goals and UVA scores a TD in the third to make it 17-14. ND scores the next 3 TDs to win comfortably but give haters just enough fuel to rag on ND for being "overrated."

UVA sucks, but their QB did look decent yesterday. Scott Stadium isn't exactly a hostile environment though, and expectations are extremely low in Charlottesville.

I expect a similar game to how they played UCLA. I think they'll be feisty for a half but ND will overpower them as the game wears on. I'll be at the game, so I'm hoping for a blowout (**** UVA).

31-16 Irish.

Game is much closer through the first three quarters than we expect. ND puts them away in the fourth quarter with a defensive touchdown.

Based on what I've seen and read, UVA is much better than Texas. However, I feel ND stalled on several drives. This will get cleaned up by week 2.

31-17 Irish. We're in control the whole game and put it away after half. They get a late touchdown against the second stringers.

I agree with McGriff on the score 31-17 Irish, not sure how the scoring goes down though.
