Dude, shaggytexas.com (Formerly shaggybevo.com before their former AD tried to sue them). They're fairly tolerant of ND fans, more so than the B1G boards I've visited anyway. There's some funny assholes over there too. Assholes for sure, but funny all the same. Fuck OU.

Might not be that simple depending on the type DoS.. doubt it was too sophisticated though.. the good ones are typically aimed at ransom of financial or retail/pay sites.

Was thinking along the same lines.

Blasphemy

Honestly my suggestion should something ever happen to IE permanently would be for all of us to switch to an ND sub-reddit. There isn't a good ND option on reddit right now so we could basically start fresh and customize it however we wanted.

i'd love an IE subreddit, would take a good bit of admin/mod work though, it ain't easy

Yeah I've thought about doing it just as an emergency spot for us when IE is down like this week.

or at least our own twitter hashtag for communication...could be used whether site is up or down

all you do is send out a tweet in general and put in the #irishenvyforum (or whatever) then people can search out that hashtag for whatever info or where IE people are gathering during a crisis like last weekend be it reddit, FB, domerdomain, etc

Is the vbPlaza down for anyone else? Been down for at least a week.

Every time I try to click on it it just refreshes the current page that I am on. It doesn't work on any of my computers or mobile devices.

No issue for me. I can still access it. I see that the massive 5 points of rep I bought 6 days ago has expired it appears. So, on a side note, for all Koon's belly aching about rep buying it seems to be a whole lot of nothing.

so the link on the nav bar works for you? it's a different url than the one I linked (nav has "http://www.irishenvy.com/#vbplazamenu" instead of the one I posted "http://www.irishenvy.com/forums/vbplaza.php")

Its been that way for me since I joined the site. I have to access the arcade then change "arcade" in the url to "vbPlaza". It's a pain and the reason I don't use vbPlaza much.

Yeah, I use the link in the nav bar. When I click on the "Main" in the drop down it goes to that same link: http://www.irishenvy.com/forums/vbplaza.php
If it matters, I use Firefox.

I've tried Firefox and Internet Explorer and neither work. I didn't even know there was a drop down.

I have not actual website iasues, but a Tapatalk one. My feed won't refresh. Sometimes for 2 days so I have to use the phones browser. I'm not sure why. If I try to manually refresh, it will just spin for days.

hmmm. I have NO drop down at all (never have).
I use both IE and Chrome, and have had issues for a long long time.

I don't have the drop down when I'm on the front page but if I go to User CP or any thread I then have the drop down. You don't have it regardless of what page you're on?

I've always experienced the same issue with Chrome (as in there is no white down arrow to the right of vbPlaza, thus no drop down).

The quick work-around (at least for me) is to click User CP. That page will have vbPlaza with the drop down menu.

Click-click.

EDIT: Kanye had it too, don't see how I caught all the thread, but that post. /shrug
