This was my jam.. for five years. I have an Xbox now, but never play it. Back in the NES days, Double Dragon was my go-to:

I had the one with Rangers/Canucks on Super Nitendo... that abd Bill Walsh CFB bascially got me through HS...

NCAA and FIFA... I guess I'm really good at both... I have still, to this day only lost one game to another person on NCAA, hundreds of challenges... and that one loss was when my difficulty was turned all the way up and my opponent was given "one Button" easy, and it went something like five overtimes... though I honestly don't play a ton online these days, so that may be a part of it.


The game I would just kill people on though was Tecmo Bowl... even in college during the 2000's I had that game in my dorm room and people would constantly challenge me... I'd love it when they would take the Raiders... easy win.

Tony Hawk was my ish.

Underground 2 was probably the peak of my career. I could hold my own online with nearly anyone in the world online.

Lost many middle school nights to this game.

Less a game that I "dominated" (Though I've 100 percented it numerous times), more my favorite game of all time.

Hell YES! I'm pretty sure I've beat almost all of the Zelda games, including the handheld titles, except for some of the newest additions in the last few years. Skyward sword was a big disappointment for me personally, but i like that they have finally hinted towards an official timeline for all of the games. The whole Zelda universe is a personal favorite.

Majoras Mask is by far the Darkest Zelda game they have made to date. It was awesome. I think Twilight princess is my favorite tho.

Tecmo Bowl... All the Clowns that thought Bo Jackson was unstoppable bowed down to me every time.

My all time favorite. Niners were unstopable. LT, the original, blocked every PAT.

Mike Tyson's Punch Out too was awesome.

I 100% agree with you!!! mw2 was by far THE best COD game. There is no comparison. Black ops 1 is the next best. I havent played Ghosts yet tho. So maybe this one will bring me back to the good ol college days of playing mw2 through entire night and going straight to class the next moring, and then come home and sleep through the middle of the day to wake up and do it all over again.

BUT the WWII Call of Duty games, the Brothers in Arms and what was the EA WWII series??? Airborne and those ones?? They were great too...

I would LOVE for them to do a good ole fashioned Africa to Berlin WWII game on PS4, but the way they do it they would do two games for Africa and four for Europe and water each one down... when one game covering it all would be epic.

Great thread.

The only ones I ever dominated were Madden '92 and NHLPA 92. I lost my edge when they started putting new versions out each year.

But my other all-time favorites were: Hardball for our old Apple 2e (Tommy Euler anyone?); One on One (Bird vs Dr J); Tecmo Bowl

You are thinking of the Medal of Honor series.

Aside from the old PS2 WWII games, they actually have made 2 recent Medal of Honor games set in the modern day. I guess it was there attempt to try and compete with COD. The first one was actually a pretty fun story mode with online gameplay similar to BF. I never played the second one, which was called warfighter.

Yes I beleve so, though a few games started that way... this one was bascially the opening to Saving Private Ryan in a video game...

and THEN it went through Market Garden and such and actually had levels that were exact copies of famous scenes from A Bridge Too Far... just an awesome game.

I've always dominated my friends at the NCAA Football series, though I'm sure there's plenty of you on here who would make me look silly. I'm really good at the Halo games as well, though I'm horrid at CoD. I'm really good at all Mario Kart games, especially the Wii version. I don't get to play video games as much as I used to...

And greyhammer, love Majora's Mask. One of my five favorite video games of all time, and probably 3rd favorite in the LoZ series. OoT is my favorite (I know I know, how original), and it's my favorite video game of all time. I've replayed it over and and over and over... I greatly enjoyed Skyward Sword as well. It and MM are neck and neck for 2 and 3 on my LoZ list.

I really wish they'd do an HD remake of MM or LTTP. Sigh...

This is true. I own it. And yes it was amaizng playing Nijmenga Bridge level and the Arnhem Knights level on a high def TV. lol If you want you can borrow mine lol

MW2 came out my senior year of college and we constantly played that game at my house. There were 10 of us and we all would play it. We would run out of bandwidth and had come up with a unofficial house rule that only 3 PS3 could be online at the same time playing or else we would run out of bandwidth. lol It was hillarious when one of us would get booted from games, you would just here the other guy screaming from the other side of the house and everyone would know what had just happened.
