Donald salvaging Biden on Hunter is a blast even though this debate is a shitshow lol

Biden bringing up his dead kid's military service was a softball to Donald there. Dont bring up the kid you are proud of if you don't want the guy to bring up the other kid lol

Donald top roped him again on Hunter Biden lol Biden literally denied that his kid got paid by the mayor of Moscow

You realize that this was already refuted, right? He never got paid, it was “his company”... but then it turns out it wasn’t his company.

I thought Trump did a really good job of being strong and bullying Biden. I liked his Big Ten football claim. I think Trump’s best move is to lie with confidence and talk over Biden to make him look weak.

I thought the whole thing was a shit show and Chris Wallace got stomped on. He needed a button to cut off mics.

If you were going to vote for Biden because you don’t like Trump, nothing changed tonight.

Biden is winning though. Straight up.

Agreed. Trump just refuses to talk about his successes as much as he likes to attack Biden. I think he had a couple arrows in his quiver on race that he could’ve hammered home but he chose not to mention them at all.

Hmm, a bit if research looks like it is indeed questionable.

Regardless, keep hitting him on Hunter in the next debate. Biden gets irrational when it comes to the screwup kid.

Biden not answering on the Court is problematic. I think he should keep hitting him on that too. There is no reason Biden won't answer the question. Thats not a difficult one. Its not asking him to unveil some goofy complex statutory scheme, its "will you respect the size of the Supreme Court?"

Funniest moment for me: Trump claiming that Biden plays more golf than him. I mean, lol come on dude...

Overall that was the most unpresidential and depressing display I’ve ever seen. Sad.

He’s a horrible debater. Biden is very calm and measured relatively. Biden gets major points for his redirect ability.

Trump is like a cat with a laser pointer.

Imagine Biden 20 years ago. It would have been 10x as bad.

He does. Trump did a good job of keeping him off balance.

Yea, this is the opposite I would have wanted for Trump. If he wasn’t being so aggressive, Biden’s racist comment (which was absolutely absurd) would’ve played much worse. But instead it got lost in the crazy back and forth.

I thought I’d maybe vote Biden when he won the nomination but damn,... can you imagine him holding international negotiations at this stage?? Harris next in line?? Idk man,...

Right there with ya. Harris was by far my least favorite dem throughout the primaries. It's like the DNC wants to lose.

Trump couldn't condemn white supremecy.
" Proud boys, stand back and stand by"
WTF?
Hard to believe anyone can stick up for him or make excuses for that.

Would Joe Rogan moderating really be any worse than Wallace or the next two moderators? In fairness to all moderators...I don’t think they stand a chance trying to break up those two idiots on the stage. America was the big loser tonight...just like four years ago.

Trump had some good moments but yeah, way too easily distracted but thats...well Donald.

Focus on the screw-up kid.
Focus on the Courts.
Focus on energy/economy.

I think Don should have went harder on taxes too. Biden's claim seemed to be "trump's tax cuts made it so he owed nothing" but the years mentioned were all years when Biden was in the Senate or VP.

I think it might be worth mentioning Kamala a bit. Biden kinda left that door open by saying he is a "transition" candidate.

I thought Don did surprisingly fine on the virus stuff. Was able to reasonably articulate (for him) the issues with shutting down economies and the bad that goes with it (substance abuse/drinking/mental health type things) when we have never been put in that position in modern times.

I'd go after him on the "very fine people" hoax. I'm shocked a journalist with Chris Wallace's reputation would bring that up without mentioning that was a lie. One thing to let them lie to each other on TV, another to be the moderator perpetuating the lie.

There were a couple times I think he rang the bell early for Biden when he was struggling but he also seemed to articulate a few of Don's points for him so maybe that's a wash.

Don needs to behave. Way fewer interruptions. I get the alpha mentality as much as the next guy but etiquette and decorum have a place as well, particularly in debates.
