I know nothing of the Atlantic coast other than a friend who frequents the outer banks. That may not be an option as far as proximity, but they love it. Maybe a day trip?
Heading to Myrtle Beach with the family next week… I know it’s super commercialized obviously, but does anybody have any recommendations on cool stuff to see/do/eat/drink that we wouldn’t normally think of?

We're going there at the end of July. With my in laws. And with how easy it is for me to acquire a firearm in this nation, I'm probably going to put a pistol in my mouth before the trip happens at the rate my mother in law has been going this summer.
I know nothing of Myrtle Beach other than people from West Virginia and Southeast Ohio flock down there like it's the holy land. I want to catch a Pelicans game before they leave town for a road trip. They are the Cubs Low A affiliate.
Broadway at the Beach can't be overstated. Can also confirm the aquarium is badass. My parents live in MB so I know the area pretty well and I live just 2 hous down Hwy 17. There is a lot of touristy stuff to do and see plus as much golf as you can afford. If you need any help please text me. Otherwise if you have time, take a day down to Charleston. Its a straight shot 2 hous south (easy drive beautiful scenery). Amazing food, lots of history, lots of beautiful things to see and do.
Rogue is right though... Pensyltuckians flock to MB in the summer so you may not consider it time away lol.
For starters..... golf,
Family Kingdom is a pretty cool amusement park.
Lots of things to get into down on the boardwalk area.
Broadway at the Beach
There are several large places to go and eat and watch a show.
The skywheel
The Aquarium is super cool if you have young ones.
Water parks galore
Any of the Ripleys attractions.
Barefoot Landing
Crazy Dicks
This area below is pretty much home base for tourists.
Im taking the fam to NYC 1st wek of December. I need recommendations for food and christmas things to see and do. We will be situated in Midtown south of Central Park. Me and my son have neever been there and my wife hasnt been in 10 years. Any info would be much apprecaited. We wont be doing any Broadway shows.
Im not intersted in tourist food joints. I want the real shit. The dives, the holes in the wall bars... the real deal pizza joints, the best sandwhiches, etc.

If you are trying to catch a Liverpool match at a bar, I haven't been but have a buddy that used to go all the time pre-COVID and plans on going again for the matches this year. 11th St Bar is the spot. Nothing like being at the pub for a 9 am kickoff.

What's cool in Pittsburgh? I'm going with some friends in October to see the relics in the churches, but what else would y'all recommend?

Don't forget to pick up one of those cheap Rolex watches.
Definitely give the burned CD's being sold by aspiring rappers in Time Square a try.
This is definitely something Im going to do. lol. I love local musical talent like I love a good Cuban sandwich. No matter where I go if they have a Cuban offered I have to try it.
