What do you guys think...

Where does Arkansas finish in the SEC-W next year if Miller is their QB?

Per ISD, we're looking at adding RB Jordan Howard from UAB. Was scheduled to go to Wisconsin but they just lost their coach, so we've got a chance to impress assuming everything works out with transcripts, etc.

Howard put up some huge numbers at UAB.

ND probably wouldn't be my first choice as a RB though.

If I was Oregon I'd rather have the 2nd or 3rd option at OSU... lolz.

No sh*t.

Urban's best coaching move this year was his starting QB getting hurt. Barrett was way better for that offense, due to the fact that he can actually throw the ball. Urban got lucky.

Urban also doesn't have a great history of keeping QB's healthy.

Makes sense, focus on football and don't worry about anything else. FSU's we'll take care of you attitude is very enticing for semi-pro football players.

Saw this and remembered there was some Sparty player said the same thing during their rivalry week and they tried to play it as billboard material for Tosu

...but it is exactly true

Unless Meyer declares Braxton the starter next year in the press, Miller would be a fool not to take a sure starting spot at an Oregon , FSU type program. I think after OSU hangs an L on Bama, even Saban will be in line for some Braxton. If Malik wasn't in South Bend, I'd be on that train also.

Barrett's better, Miller has to know that. Barrett's the best college QB coming back next year period and I would guess OSU is the preseason #1 and the odds on favorite to win the NC in '15.

The stats and the opinion of Buckeye nation strongly disagree with you. Barett's the best QB in the country next year. Bookmark it.

Forgot Penn St., VTech and others?

Forgot Penn St., VTech and others?

There is a reason Barrett wasn't named the starter until the starter was injured. He isn't the best qb on their roster when both are healthy. Let's not forget, he lost to a bad VTech team and should have lost to a bad Penn St. team. The Penn St. game saw the BIG do everything they could through the officials to be sure their best team got in the playoff, and it worked.

As for the best qb in the country? Hardly. Just off of the top of my head, ND will face at least one qb that is better (USC's qb).

Ohio St. looked so good in the second half of the year because they play in the BIG. Therefore their qb looked better than he really is. Ohio St. in the final four is a result of a very poor BIG more than a great Ohio St. THey are very beatable.

The trouble with your logic is that was true at the START of the season. It is no longer true.

Google Wally Pipp

So Bama will CRUSH them with their 3rd string QB, right? See you back here tomorrow night.

Maybe they should play Bama first before we annoint Barrett as the best QB... Hes playing against an SEC defense -- granted its not the #1 SEC defense, not everyone can just beat on whoever that may be lol -- but it should still be a test for OSU

I will definitely bookmark it. He beat up on the awful Big 10 ( and not even all the time). Very good QB, but it's too early to tell right now,. I think there are a few better QB's out there IMO.

Best athlete maybe, but not the best QB. Barrett is much better as a passer, and can do all of the athletic things ncessary for Urban's offense.
