Hey guys...

Looking to get your input on some standard questions that you would like me to ask recruits. I'd like to have have a set of standard questions I ask everyone and then of course there will be questions unique to each prospect's recruitment.

I guess what I'm looking for is hard hitting stuff like: Dababy, Lil Baby or Young Thug... who you got on your Walkman right now?

Looking forward to Rack Em and Irishhog77's submissions. After Bayou Brian's latest swamp grind, nothing will shock me.

1) Whats it going to cost to get you here?

1) Strengths and weaknesses as a player
2) A question that would invoke them to talk about their competitiveness level. Usually, I would go with something like how do you handle failure or adversity.
3) What other sports or hobbies do they have outside of football?
4) Why do you play? What drives you forward and makes you want to be better?
5) What sets you apart from every other recruit?
6) Who are your biggest influences as a player/person? What Values do you live by?
7) How do you make those around you better?
8) What would be your walk-up song?
9) Pre-Game ritual?
10) Ask a question in Spanish (to see if they fit that requirement).

Could also ask a question about something regarding what it's like to be recruited by Freeman and Rees and how it's different than other schools. Could give us some decent insight.

-I would flat out ask them how much NIL money schools, or "intermediaries" for said schools, are offering them, and what type of strings and fine print are attached to those offers.

-If you happen to be interviewing a white receiver, you have to ask the obligatory question of what other white receiver is the best comparison.

-Ask their real height. If you happen to do an in-person interview, make the kid stand back-to-back with you for proof. Otherwise, have the kid send you a pic of him next to a sockless Burnt Ends Brian.

To go along with this question, ask if NIL value is a deal breaker or the determining factor in if you commit to a school or not.
