No it wouldn't. That would solve the view for north endzone people with a crappy view of the south endzone, but it wouldn't help south endzone people with a crappy view of the north endzone (as the video board would be behind them). Who sits over there, faculty and freshmen?
Well my experience was with the south endzone, so I probably would have turned my head around to look at the screen once ND crossed the 50 lol.
Either way though, it would help at least *some* of the people with a crappy view by showing them what they're missing.
Is it a make-or-break? Not at all. In fact, it wouldn't surprise me if part of the stipulations for having the board are "no live stream of the game."
But if I have a choice of cheap lower bowl/endzone tickets because nobody wants them, or to spend way more for tickets with a view, and I know that I'll be able to catch the action I can't see on the big screen, I'll be more likely to grab the cheap tickets.
