I feel like you have done this MANY times before:

1. Come out swinging, talking about how ND will win by 2+ scores. Hold fast for a few weeks on that assertion.

2. My pessimism slowly dissolves, and I'm convinced we will win a few hours before kickoff

3. Hours before kickoff, you become pessimistic, hitting me in the face like a bag of bricks

4. My anxiety returns at a newer and higher level, and the liquor starts flowing a wee bit too fast and loose

Haha I dunno if this is my trope or not... I was definitely on the positivity hype train preseason. The more people I talk to, the more I freak out that Fromm is going to light us up. Eason was a trash player with trash accuracy so I knew he wasn't going to beat us with his arm... I feel like all the Georgia fans is going to give them a ton of energy. And without Stepherson to take the top off, they can load up the box. That's why I'm waffling.

This is a must win game IMO because it is winnable. Win this and we're probably 6-0 into USC and the season has a completely different complexion than if we lose this game.

I don't disagree with you. I'm very surprised that roughly half the ticket holders were willing to sell their tickets instead of attend a game of this magnitude. That's hard to fathom.

Recruits aren't going to think sell outs. They are going to hear about how much people are paying to come to ND stadium from the south.

The camera angles are pointed right on the forgive corner and away sideline. If you had an opportunity camera blue there will be significantly less red.

Bishop's key to a ND win: tackling. I think overall talent is roughly equal and neither team strikes me as being dramatically better than the other in any particular area. ND's ability to tackle and not let Chubb & Michel pile up YAC is the key in my book.
