A very underappreciated part of MSU's success against UM last year was beating the scUM without being able to defend a pass at all. Their secondary was hot trash, a far cry from the Dantonio/Narduzzi years.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't ND pass on Tommy? Or at least make him a lower level priority? But I agree, he's more of a Joe Schmidt kind of guy

I'm always struck by how many comments I see on Twitter and stories from non-ND outlets to the effect of "I've never rooted for Notre Dame but I'm rooting for this guy."

Some of us understand that nothing turns over quicker than College Football..

We have the horses.. The only question is if MF & his staff were able to prepare them to execute.. most importantly Buchner.

I think the D will be fine.. the question is when OSU inevitably loads the box can Tyler make the adjustments & throws.. thats it.

If he does & scrambles for a handful of 1st downs it will send the D into a tailspin.

Probably at the senior center. I have always said the aging Hollywood stars are like Chevy mustangs. They look great with a nice paint job but then you open up the hood and it all goes to shit.

I foresee quite a few early swing passes to get Tyree, Styles, Lenzy in space. They’re going to have to back off to respect that or they’re gonna get torched. Should open the run game enough to keep OSU honest at the very least. If they keep the box stacked, TB is going to cook

I'm talking Gameday though, so definitely during his ESPN career. I honestly haven't watched Gameday since the pandemic started so maybe that's changed, but while Howard and Herbstreit were taking us down a notch Pollack was calling it down the middle for years.

My other car is a truck? and I do not immediately know year make and model. Something not right here. Sir how do you know what bendix non copper ceramic pads to by or which sway bar link ends you need if you can not tell the clerk at the autozone? Maybe Russian bot?
