We’ve got some dang good football players on this team. Gilman flashing all over, Armstrong, the list goes on. Would love to see some of those outside jump balls with their starting safety out for targeting. Solid work on both offense and defense so far. Kickoffs atrocious.

Of course. We’ve all seen this before. Hopefully this is a different team. Want to see more from BW through the air, and I want to see much better efforts on Special Teams.

Hey Circa, I "think" you are preaching to the choir here... maybe not. Flutie pisses me off because he is obviously the benefactor of a great Notre Dame fanbase. I don't think most of us are so blind to see that our team (name the year) has struggled. If Flutie is to be believed, we are struggling every year... not the underdogs... just over-rated.

Every freaking interview, the Irish have problems, they can't pass, they can't run, D is weak... it gets real old after a while.

Either he is stupid (which I believe) or the network wants him as a contrarian.

As I wrote earlier, I really like his career as an underdog. He rose to the occasion. But I think he has largely become a network shill for all things anti-Irish. That's okay, but not for game days. Call it like it is.

So, I respectfully disagree. Cheers and Go Irish!!

yes, but i have more courage. about 10 more cans of courage than when we started....

got one of those cheap light beer buzzes going on... not overwhelming, but a good full chill.... in short, i'm much better able to handle the anxiety...

Perhaps the Time of Possession that ND leads by 3 minutes bothers you as Kelly teams usually trail in that stat?



ND gave up a Kick Return TD. One play in 80 some plays. Oh the underachievement!

We’re using JD as the kickoff guy, I’d bet that changes at half. That was absolutely terrible. Didn’t get 1 in the end zone and kicked 1 out of bounds. Only probalem with the first half was his kicking. Time to give those back to Yoon.

IMO, they’re trying to save Yoons leg, expecting to need it.
