I haven't started drinking earlier than 11am since college. Guess thats gonna have to change come Saturday. I actually like the start time because now you have the whole day and night. Its gonna feel weird for sure though!

A lot of people have been singling out the personel shortages; but when I look at the roster for Navy, and compare what my notes have quotes on, with who is ready to play, not just available, but ready and may be counted on, I come up with around 60. This includes the wide bevy of deep receivers. Um. Ehr, the deep trough of wide receivers, including the three freshmen phenoms.

A) Does that jibe with what you have? (Of course I am including special teams.)

B) Do you see any surprise players playing in this game?

I think there are only two ways we don't hang fifty on them this year; like worse than last year.
1) Coach Kelly plays everyone, even walkons, execpt those he wouldst clothe in a shirt of red.
II) He keeps the playbook with formations so close to the vest that he throttles the offense way back (I don't see this very likely with Kelly's personality, but who knows.)

The think I think is most interesting about this season opening matchup, if we have matured as a team, and can play like entrusted, we finally have a the best opening day opponent since Nevada.
